(Kate’s POV)

Oh my gosh… I could feel my heart beats faster and faster in every minute. Mukhang na-sense

naman ni kuya ang panick or confusion ko kaya nagising ito at nagmulat ng mga mata.

“Hi there beautiful.”

Oh-em-gee! That’s the sexiest thing I’ve ever heard on earth! Saying those words with a low rough

husky voice in a sexy way! I think I just melted mind, body and soul.

I could feel the heat creeping up my face.  Good thing madilim dito sa kung kanino ba ‘tong

kwartong tinulugan namin.

“Ummm… kuya-“

“Sshhhh… sleep baby. Let’s talk later, okay?”

I nodded and drift into sleep again.

“Wake-up  kitty Katey… wake-up… hey baby.” I felt a tap on my cheek.

Hmmmmm…

“Pupuntahan pa natin si daddy ngayon sa hospital.” he whispered sadly.

That woke me. Daddy… hospital…

Gusto kong umiyak na naman. Sana ay okay lang talaga si daddy na malayo sa kapahamakan ang

buhay niya just like what kuya said.

“C’mon, get-up sleepy kitten.” he said and pulled my arm to get me up.

Ginawa na naman akong pusa… =__________=

Wait.

I’m not dreaming, am I?

Magkasama kami ulit ni kuya ngayon? As in sa pagtulog??

Pero bakit parang may nagbago?

Parang iba na ang pakiramdam ko ngayon na magkatabi kami ni kuya sa iisang kama.

Bumangon agad ako at umupo sa gilid ng kama opposite kay kuya.

“That was quite fast Katey, were you trained there to get-up immediately every morning?

Mukhang di ko na kailangan yung mga tactics and methods ko to really wake you up.” pilyong

ngiti ni kuya sa akin.

Shucks! Kung ganito palagi ang makikita ko every morning¸ the playful side of kuya, I think I would

live with that ‘till forever.

“Uh-uhmmmm… bakit ako nandito kuya? Where’s Yue?”

Mukhang nalungkot naman siya sa tanong ko.

“Bigla na lang umuwi si Yue kagabi, Eli saw him.”

Kumunot naman ang noo ko nun. Bigla na lang umuwi? Does that mean, iniwan niya ako

purposely? o.O

“Hindi ko nga rin maintindihan kung bakit di ka niya sinama pa-uwi or sinabihan man lang na

uuwi na siya. He practically left you there on purpose.”

Ano naman kaya ang iniisip nung impakto na yun. It’s very unlikely for him to just live me when

especially I’m with kuya. I’m aware that grandmamma isn’t fond of kuya Jerwin, so I’m sure it’s one

of her order to not let me meet kuya Jerwin. But…why left me there with him?
