"Katie, Allison, time to get up! Meet us downstairs in the living room in 15 minutes." Mom says rubbing our backs until we get up and out of bed. When we get up, she leaves the room and we get dressed. When we are both dressed, we go downstairs. I sit beside Emmett and Katie sits beside me.
"Okay, now that we are all here, me and your mother have some news." Dad says.
"First, me and your dad are going to Isle Esme for a week. Jasper will be in charge of everyone, but all of your older siblings will be in charge of Katie and Allison." Mom says.
"THAT IS UNFAIR!" I stand up and yell, Emmett reaches up and smacks my butt 4 times fast, and pulls me to sit down.
"Ouch!" I whine.
"Be respectful." he warns.
"Thanks Emmett." Dad says.
"Now that that is settled., the adoption for Katie is over. Her name is now Katie Samantha Cullen." Dad finishes. We all cheer and hug Katie.
"Time for school. We are leaving right after you get home." Mom says, kissing our cheeks as we go out the door. It had been decided that Emmett and Rosalie would take me and Katie to school so Mom and Dad could pack. We talk until we get to me and Katie's school.
"This is your stop baby sisters." Emmett says.
"Have a good day, behave." Rosalie says.
"We will." I say and we get out and run to the school and then walk to the classroom, talking all the way. We both take a deep breath and then walk into the classroom and sit in the back corner together.
"Welcome, my name is Mrs. Jones and I will be your substitute today. Let me take role." she says. We ignore Most of it until she gets to us.
"Allison Cullen." she calls.
"Here."
"and Katie Cullen." she says, causing people to look around.
"Here." Katie says happily. Mrs. Jones goes and sits behind the desk.
"What?" everyone says, looking at me and Katie.
"Should we tell them?" I whisper.
"Absolutely." Katie says.
"Dr. Cullen Adopted me. I am happy, so say what you want, I don't care." Katie says proudly. Most of them clap, but the 3 mean girls whisper to each other then laugh. I instantly get angry.
"WHAT'S SO FUNNY OVER THERE? IS IT THE FACT THAT NOBODY LIKES YOU?" I yell, standing up. I immediately regret it because one of the girls comes over and slaps me in the face. I react immediately by standing up and punching the smirk right off her face. Everyone gasps and Katie drags me away before I can get in more trouble. I smirk when I notice I made her nose bleed.
"I want both of you to the office NOW." the substitute says. I run to the office with the other girl right behind me. The principal's secretary send us right in. In the end, our parents are called and we are sent home for 3 days. The longer I wait, the more worried I get. After a while, Dad walks in.
"What were you thinking?" he asks.
Still angry, I snap, "The b**** deserved it." I immediately realize that, that isn't a smart reply because Dad stands me up and gives me 5 smacks to my butt. I yelp and blush because the girl is still there. Dad goes in to talk to the principal. While he was in there, the other girls Dad comes in. He scolds her and she repeated what I said. Her Dad gives her 5 smacks also. She blushes more than I did. When Dad comes out, I apologize and we leave.
"When we get home you will be getting a spanking, so go to your room." he says. I nod sadly. We get home way too soon. I obey and go straight to my room. He comes in with my wooden hairbrush in his hand.
"Come here. You will get 15 swats. 10 with my hand, 5 with the hairbrush." he states pulling me over his lap. After the first 10, I am crying lightly.I am sobbing after the 5 with the hairbrush. He pulls me close and rocks me to sleep.
