Many months passed with Joey's and Daniel's relationship progressing. They had gone out on many dates and Joey introduced Daniel to many of his friends as Daniel did the same. Joey felt a cold frustration towards Shane when he met Daniel for the first time. He kept making sarcastic jokes and crude comments. Daniel found it hilarious; Joey on the other hand did not.

"Seriously Shane," Joey complained with a roll of his eyes.

"What?" He asked supressing his laughs, "Daniel thinks I'm funny!" Daniel snorted with laughter in an agreement to Shane's comment until Joey shot him a death glare causing Daniel to cough and sink into his chair.

In all truth Shane was really happy for Joey; he was just being an ass in Joey's opinion. Daniel really enjoyed meeting all of Joey's friends; he made a really good connection with Meghan and genuinely wanted to hang out with her sometime. Joey loved meeting Daniel's friends, especially Hope. She was a bright person with a laid back persona. Joey really appreciated that quality about her.

With the meeting of friends also came with the meeting of family. Joey had told his Mom about Daniel and was reluctant for him to meet her, but nevertheless she did. It was over lunch at a public place, allowing no space for her to expose her 'wild' side. Joey didn't want her intoxicating problem to make a bad impression towards his boyfriend. She behaved in an appropriate manner however and Daniel understood her situation and never judged her or Joey for it. A while after the very awkward, semi-silence conversation with his Mom, Joey introduced his sister Nicole. Nicole being Nicole, She took the mickey out of Joey a bit but all in all was extremely happy for him.

Nicole signalled an approving nod with her eyebrows raised and lips pursed. "I approve," she reassured him. It was moments like these Joey and Daniel liked to savour most.

Joey thought the best moment of Daniel meeting his friends was when they went out for a group dinner. People such as Whitney, Cat, Ingrid and Meghan were there all with smiling faces. They gathered around a long oak table and shared drinks and a whole bundle of laughs. Daniel was priceless and Joey felt joyful at that moment as like every other moment.

Their relationship was like performing on stage. An adrenaline pulses through your veins the moment before gliding on stage. It continues to pulse as you whip out a big show number, everyone applauding and cheering for you before you exit off stage, congratulated by your cast members and your adrenaline still pumping through but slowly relaxing before you perform again. Joey constantly felt that adrenaline with Daniel.

Joey and Daniel continued to spend much time with each other, staying at each other places where they could until Joey pushed forward a large offer.

"I want you to move in with me," Joey stated placing his hands in his lap as his eyes glimmered with hope.

"Really?" Daniel asked evident surprise sprinkled through his reply.

"Yeah I do, I mean only if you want to," his head dropped to stare at his lap, the food in front of him seemed a little less appetising. Would Daniel agree?

"It's such a big decision, but I've been taught to go with my instinct and my instinct right now is telling me every bit yes."

Joey's eyes lit up in an instant, "so you'll move in?"

"Of course," Daniel smirked, gently stroking Joey's hand.

Joey sprung into his lap giving him a large hug; this means he could see him more often.

"Wait is David okay with this?" Daniel asked looking at Joey questioningly.

"Yes!" Joey retorted knowing about his own forgetfulness, "I've already sorted that sweetie," there was no chance of wiping the smug look of his face, "David is fine with it."
