You watched closely as Cian sat on the floor, helping his little brother with his maths. Finian loved his brother, and it was clear that he and Cian were very close. You loved that about Cian's family - all four of the boys were really close to one another, and they all seemed to get on well. You couldn't help but notice how patient Cian was, and how he tried a few different ways to help make division easier for his brother to understand.

"Lucy!"

You looked up to see that Finian was calling your name, a big grin on his face. He pushed his glasses up further on his nose and smiled, "I'm all finished now, do you want to come outside and play football with Cian and I?"

Cian shrugged his shoulders, a soft laugh escaping his lips. You nodded your head and smiled at Finian, grinning before you spoke to him.

"You know, sometimes I think you're cuter than Cian is. Cian can be sort of mean to me sometimes", you teased.

Cian rolled his eyes as you stood upright. You leaned in slightly to kiss Cian's cheek, smiling as he wrapped an arm around your waist. The two of you followed Finian as he raced to the back door, getting his trainers on and grabbing the football.

Cian laced up his own trainers before turning to you and laughing, looking down at your feet.

"You're not playing in those, are you? The back garden's all muddy babe. Maybe my mam's trainers will fit you? Or Daire's might. Finian's got a spare pair as well."

He pulled out a few different pairs of trainers from his family's collection of shoes and smiled, "One of them will fit you for sure."

You finally found that his mum's shoes fit nearly perfect on your feet, and after checking with her first, you laced them up and joined the boys outside. Daire and Eimhin, Cian's other two siblings were already outside kicking a ball around.

"You're playing too, Lucy?" Daire grinned, knowing that you were pretty good at football yourself, and that you playing would distract Cian.

"Hang on, that's 3 against 2! That's not fair!"

Eimhin shrugged his shoulders as Cian pouted about the odds not being in his favour if you joined Daire's team. "I have to go in a few minutes anyways, so I'll sit out so Lucy can play," he said.

It was rather strange, being so accepted into your boyfriend's family already, but you loved it in a way. It made you feel special, like they obviously liked you and wanted you and Cian to stay together.

The game kept on for about an hour and a half, before Cian's mum appeared at the door, calling for the boys to go inside. Finian smiled up at you, his big blue eyes looking exactly like Cian's as he did.

"Lucy, are you staying for supper?"

"Well...," you started, unsure if you were invited or not.

Cian turned to Finian, grinning, before the two of them bent down onto their knees and pouted at you, clasping their hands together as if they were begging.

"Pleaaaaaase stay Lucy? Please?" The two of them pleaded, and you looked up to see Cian's mum and Daire laughing from inside the house. Cian's mum nodded her head and smiled, signalling that she would like you to stay as well. Cian continued to look up at you, his large bottom lip extended into a dramatic pout, and when you looked over, you saw that Finian was doing the same.

You rolled your eyes, laughing, unable to resist the two Morrin brothers pouting at you. Cian grinned as he and Finian stood up, and you both laughed as Finian ran inside.

"You know, Cian, you're really great with him. You'll be an amazing dad one day", you whispered as the two of you walked inside.

"Well, Lucy, I happen to think you're pretty great with him too. So hopefully, one day, we'll find out together what we'll be like as parents."

You blushed slightly, cuddling into Cian's side. You loved him to bits, and, while you were surprised that he suggested the idea of you two having a family together, you couldn't help but smile at the fact that he wanted to be with you for the rest of his life.

"I hope so, Cian. I really do," you whispered back. Cian leaned in to kiss your cheek and you couldn't hold back a massive grin as the two of you walked inside to join his family for dinner.
