Chapter 10

Alison's POV

Umm baby girl?!?!? Who are they talking about....

"..Besides I'm almost positive she likes it better here...I know I do!" Emily proclaimed.

She and the boys shared a very mischievous grin, then they suddenly erupted into an extremely exaggerated fit of laughter...What in the world is wrong with these people?

"Where is she, I miss her sooo much I just wanna give her a big hug!" Toby excitedly exclaimed while nearly jumping up and down. I mean seriously, who is this girl and why is everyone so enamored with the simple thought of her. I noticed Emily gave me a very quizzical stare so I immediately looked away.

"Mom didn't want her out while there were guests, for some weird reason, but whatever I'll go get her!" Emily said excitedly and walked away.

Wait what?!?!? They didn't want her out, is she some savage or something.....Weeeell I guess that would kinda explain Emily's behavior.

"My baby Sky!!" Caleb shouted

Wait! What if she's actually a baby?!?!??

"Umm no, more like MY baby Sky!!" Toby replied back as Emily came into view with...a dog! Wooowww was I really about to get jealous over a dog, I thought they were talking about some girl.

"You guys wish!! She's my baby! Huh Sky! You're my baby huh Skylar" Emily said while snuggling and hugging Skylar...the dog!

I watched as Skylar went over to greet Toby and Caleb. All of a sudden, I felt an annoying presence behind me. As I was about to turn Emily's warm breath sent a shock of electricity throughout my body.

"I could've sworn I saw you get jealous over my dog...nah over my dog..I don't think so huh?"

I instantly began to blush, thank goodness the boys were to entertained with Skylar to look over here or else that would've been extremely embarrassing.

"You know what? You really got to stop doing that"

"Doing what?" Emily whispered back playing dumb.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about. Stop whispering and sneaking up on me" I replied to Emily, no longer whispering, who still stood behind me.

"Oh, whyyyy?"..."Wait I know why, because you like it better when I do this!" She quickly slithered her arms around me.

Emily sat her chin on top of my shoulder while hugging me from behind. "You just love doing that, don't you?"

"Don't tell me you don't like being in my arms or being pressed against my body...tell me it doesn't feel normal?" Emily teased as she grabbed my hands and locked our fingers while resting them on my flat stomach, which instantly makes me tense and flinch. To my surprise Emily noticed my discomfort and slowly untangled our hands and went over to the boys and Skylar.

"Are you hungry baby, com'n lets go give you a treat!" Emily pick up her fully grown dog and walked into the kitchen, completely discarding that the past minutes had even occurred.

"So are you guys going to be here long enough to go to school or are you guys just visiting?" I asked Caleb and Toby in an attempt to try to escape the subtle awkward silence that spread like wild fire.

"Well, I'm staying for a while" Caleb answered and Toby finished off for him, "As for me, well we're still trying to convince my parents but I'm positive that once Emily talks to them I will be able to stay, they looove Emily."

"Oh that reminds me, we have to go get our luggage...EMILY WE'RE GONNA GO UNLOAD OUR STUFF, WELL BE RIGHT BACK!!" Toby shouted to Emily

".. OKAY TOBSS, HAVE FUNNN!!" Emily teased back.
