"Hello Kathy!" I say into the phone receiver.

"Hi Heather, how are you feeling?"

"I'm feeling good, just need my prescription updated. I'm running low on my pills."

"Ok," she says, "so you need the anti-depressants?"

"Yeah and could I maybe have some pills to help me sleep better?" I ask.

"You haven't been sleeping well? For how long?"

"Uh a few months," I bit my nails.

"You haven't slept for a few months? How do you function?"

"I just drink a lot of coffee. And I mean I sleep sometimes it just depends."

"Depends on what?"

"Well the last night I slept really good was when Ashton was with me," I trail off.

"Ok. So I'll give you some Rozerem which is basically a sleep medication that works differently than the others. It works by targeting the sleep-wake cycle, not by depressing the central nervous system. It can be prescribed for long-term use, so I'll give you a prescription for 3 months and we'll see how it goes."

"Ok thank you Kathy," I smile even though she can't see it.

"Your welcome. I also advise you hang out with Ashton a lot more as well," I can hear her smirking through the phone.

I laugh,"ok I will."

"You haven't been sleeping?" Michael says and I scream, not knowing he was listening.

"God Michael! You scared me!!"

"Sorry I was eavesdropping. So was Calum," he says as Calum comes around the corner and slightly smiles.

"Nice. Ok so you know now I guess. Nothing else to talk about," I say as I try to exit the room but Michael puts his arm out and holds me back.

"Nope you're not going anywhere," he smiles, "tell us."

"I haven't been sleeping," I state.

"For how long?" Calum asks.

"Uh like a month and a half I guess," I shrug my shoulders.

"Why didn't you tell us? We could've helped you!" Michael says.

"I didn't want to bother you guys with more of my issues. I thought I could handle it myself. I can sleep when someone is with me, I slept when Ashton was here."

"Calum you give her her pills every morning at 5:30! How did you not know?" Michael asks him.

"Well when she's not up for work she's always asleep. At least, I thought she was!"

"I was faking," I admit, "I didn't want you guys to know."

Calum sighs,"well talk about this later. We need to leave."

"Where are you going?" Michael asks.

"Long story, but to see Calum's sister in the asylum," I say.
