Chapter Fourteen

I put my hand over Leonardo's giant ones and shoved the bouquet into Edward's chest. He looked at me weirdly as he took them. I'm not supposed to give them to him but I did because I honestly don't remember to whom I should give them to. Allison I think.

Oh I forgot about her next to me wearing white like the bride. How cute!!!!!

I looked into Leo's Dark blue ocean eyes as the officiant started "We are gathered here today to celebrate the wedding of Alpha Leonardo Lunar and Esme Marshall. Today the Dark Moon Pack shall be blessed with a Luna" God I forgot about the Luna part..."Shall we start?"

"Please give the rings to the groom and bride" The officiant looked at Wilmer

Wilmer smiled at me and was about to hand me the rings but Leo snatched them from him. How dare he!!??? Isn't he supposed to make a happy day for me and not act like such an ass!?

The officiant opened the book in his hands and started reading as Leo held my hand and put the ring half way. His hands are so warm in mine "Alpha Leonardo Lunar, Do you take Esme Marshall to be your lawful wife; to have and to hold you from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, or for poorer, in sickness and in health. To cherish and to love as long as you both shall live?"

Leo started at me emotionless. I am worried shitless he'll reject me and just embarrass me and-

"I do" He slowly started to insert the ring as he continues "With this ring, I pledge my protection and faithfulness to you, today, tomorrow and always."

Protection??? Isn't supposed to be love? This is just so-

"Luna Esme Marshall" Can everyone jus stop cutting me out of my thoughts? "Do you take Alpha Leonardo Lunar to be your lawful Husband; to have and to hold you from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, or for poorer, in sickness and in health. To cherish and to love as long as you both shall live?"

I took the ring and pushed the ring so hard from nervousness "Yeah...I do"

"Crap! I forgot oh my God" I re removed the ring "With this ring, I pledge my...." I don't know if I should say love or something else. I just paused. My eyes fell on Wilmer who is doing weird things with his eyes telling me to say something asap and then I look at Leo and notice his eyes turning from dark blue to black slowly and that got me worried so much I almost forgot where I am and what I'm supposed to say

"With this ring, I pledge my love and faithfulness to you, today, tomorrow and always." I repeated with all confidence and assurance.

"Alpha" The officiant gestured to Leonardo

"Bounded by law, by vows and by rings I announce Esme Marshall Lunar as the new Luna of the Dark Moon Pack" His Alpha tone booming. It sent shivers down my spine. How can someone be so powerful?

"Because the ave exchanged their vows before God and these witnesses, have pledged their commitments each to the other, and have declared the same by doing hands and by exchanging rings, I now pronounce you husband and wife" This is it "You may now kiss the bride"

This is the second time we kiss the unexpected first kiss after our first meeting and now the kiss of a new life. His hands enfolding my waist and his soft lips against mine. I put my hands on his cheeks and just embraced the moment. I knew him less than a week but I'm staying with him till eternity. Well at least before the drama hits AKA his mate returning if she ever did.

He pulled away after what seems a long time but was actually only a second and looked straight into my eyes. I just don't know what to feel. I'm basically numb right now. Looking into his eyes made plenty of doubts and questions into my head;Will he accept me? Family? Us? What if I saw the part of him everyone feared? What if his mate came back? Is he thinking of his mate right now? Will he abandon me if she came back? Mate, mate, mate...
