Jai's POV
"So what you are making her disappearance a cold case now" I said
"Yes because we have no leads and for all we know she has just left town for a little while" The officer said
"But cases are never meant to go cold'
"Well some cases do turn cold, I am very sorry"
"Whatever" I said walking out of the station
The police have been doing nothing, they are to busy with other cases, which really annoys me. Candice is my girl friend after all, well my ex but i don't think a break up over paper is a really break up. She wants me to live my life without her, I can't do that. I'm scared I will meet an amazing girl and have a wonderful future with her and then Candice come back and wants pick pick up from where we left off, I would hate it. I was really tired so I deiced to go to the coffee shop to grab a drink and something to eat.
Faith's POV
I was really energetic so I decided I would go for a run to burn some energy off, it was a good idea because i saw Jai walk into a coffee shop so i thought i would follow him and try and have a conversation wish him. He was standing in line about too order, I was standing in a corner so that when he would walk to the door i could bump into him. He grabbed his coffee and it was go time.
"Oh my god I am so so sorry, i didn't mean to get coffee on you" I said giving Jai a napkin
"Its okay"
"I'll buy you another one"
"Nah its alright i'll just make one at home"
"No no i insist"
"Alright"
"What do you have"
"Black with 2 sugars"
"Okay"
I ordered us a coffee while he waited at a small booth in a corner. Once the coffees were dont I walked over to where he was sitting.
"Here's your coffee...umm" I said trying to act like i didn't know his name
"Jai, my names Jai and you are"
"Faith" I said giving him his coffee
"Thats a beauduil name"
"Thank you" I said blushing
"This coffee is better then the other one I ordered"
"Haha"
"So do you live in Melbourne"
"Yes I've been living her for 2 years now"
"Cool, I've been here since I was born"
"Trying to one up me I see"
"Haha, do you go to school" Jai said taking a sip of his coffe
"No I am home schooled" I lied
"Oh okay"
We had a really good conversation, we ended up talking for 2 hours at the coffee shop, we grab some more snacks and a hot chocolate. It was a really good time, I see why Candice likes him so much. He never mentioned Candice once while we talked which was really good cause i would of killed him.
"Well i better go my family if probably worrying where I am" Jai said
"Okay well it was meeting you, we should do this again"I said
"Sounds like a plan" We exchanged phone number and all social media
Jai's POV
Faith was really nice and caring, she was a great girl. It was good spending time with a stranger and have a conversation that wasn't serious. I was really looking forward to hanging out with her again. I made sure I didn't bring up Candice because I knew that it would ruin everything.

Here's some ice cream, I know you have been craving it lately" Jake said
"Thanks" I said
"Do you want this baby"
"No I'm too young"
"So am I"
"I still walk to keep it though"
"Why"
"Because I will be a mother and I can't just give my child to some random"
"I can give it to a friend"
"No I don't want that"
"So you want it"
"Yes that is my final decision"
"Alright well get some rest"
"Okay"
Why did Jake care if I had the baby or not, it's not he will be in the baby's life anyway. I wouldn't want someone to have my baby and letting the my child call them mum, it doesn't seem right but I mean at least they will have a house and grow up health. If I'm stuck here forever my child would get sick and I don't want to risk that. I was really tired so I went to sleep.
"Goodnight Jai, I love you" I whispered into the air
