The atmosphere in the house brightened and warmed the place better than the fire that was crackling for hours. A few candles were placed on the counter or the table had a sweet vanilla aroma.
Despite the fantastic decoration, the biggest beauty and rarity in the room and the whole district 4 was the connection within this family and personalities they contain.

" Your fishing skills are getting better and better, D/n", the eldest male said, with a smile escaping his lips, which revealed his pearl white teeth. Meanwhile, D/n's eyes glistened with joy as she saw a 100 pound fish she caught herself. Her mother's face showed proud and joy, and even her serious yet clever brother showed appreciation and respect for his little brave sister.
They all started digging in the feast before them. Although they could easily afford this treatment, the Odairs were economic but generous. This sort of luxury came only on major celebrations. That is why the father, Finnick would go hunting with his daughter quite often, while the mother, Y/n and S/n would work for charity foundations and give fair treatments to the ill ones.
"Sugar, do you remember the hunger games?", Finnick asked his wife.
"Of course I do. We kept our promise, didn't we?" She chuckled as their childen looked confused. They knew their parents were in the games. However, no one would tell them how have they exactly won together.
After the glorious dinner, an idea flew past Y/n's head. She turned to her husband.
"Finnick, mind if you help me with the dishes?", she asked in a worried tone.
Knowing of his wife, he positively replied. When they reached the kitchen, the married couple put the dishes in the sink.
The beatiful woman sighted and asked the handsome man a question.
"Do you think they will ever find out?", she asked. In the reply, Finnick hugged his wife from the back while putting his warm hands on her stomach, and placed his head on her delicate neck, like he would always do. In a reassuring voice, he replied, whispering in her ear.
"It doesn't matter if it is sooner or later. Once they fall in love, they will definitely know." Y/n smiled at this reply, and reached out to peck her love on the lips. The kiss was safe, yet soft, just like their love for themselves, their children and their will to live. So after they cleaned the porcelain plates and other dishes, they returned to their children. Everything was alright.
