As a writer:

I get inspiration from everything my eyes could see, my ears could hear, my heart could feel and my mind could fathom. In short, I get inspiration from everything to everyone.

I write best when I'm done with my daily activities. When my mind is free to linger and dive into the countless scenes stucked in my mind.

I hate long narrations as much as I hate long dialogues. Usually if my character has a lot of things to say or explain. I cut it into one or two sentences and insert a short narration on what the character does while uttering his/her line.

My stories are usually fast-paced because it's what I am looking for in a story. I don't like putting point of view of other characters other than the protagonists because I think they have a different story to tell.

Her Message:

To the aspiring writers, Just write what you know.

Never be afraid of committing mistakes. It is an integral part of learning.

Do not be discouraged with criticisms.

Writing Tips

Scribble your thoughts. Just let it flow, never mind the grammar. Do the retouch on typo errors and grammar later on.

Put only important scenes and details. When you start writing, ask yourself this; will the story unfold even without this scene? If the answer is yes, don't put it because if you do, chances are, it will look as filler scenes. 'Yong tipong inilagay lang para mapahaba ang kuwento.

Develop your own style. Aspire to impress only one person-yourself. The moment you impressed yourself, you start impressing others.

Lastly, keep on writing and enjoy the ride.
