I sat in a room, staring blankly. I didn't know if I was ready to speak of it, as I heard a door close. "Miss Clark?" I snapped out of my daze "yes mam" she smiled as she walked in and sat in her chair in front of me "how are you feeling today, are you excited to sleep in your bed?" I looked at her "oh...yea.. Asides from my nightmare and anxiety, I'm okay." I said as I sighed, she wrote it down. "Just some simple questions I have to ask, suicidal, depressed, any other thoughts?" She said as she had all eyes on me, I broke down, "yes I'm depressed and scared and worried that whoever it is is going to find me again and this time finish the job" tears streamed down my face as she placed her book down "it's okay, you're going to regain your memory and figure it out" I began to get angry before she asked another question "tell me what you remember, I began to get scared of the thoughts I had "a...a really dark room, someone is holding me down and I can't get up, I can't see a face and can't catch my breath" I said as tears streaming and I began clutching my hands onto the couch "why..why the fuck can I not remember anything else." I said as hitting the couch as she sighed "Amelia, this is going to be a long and hard process, go home and get some rest" she said as she opened the door, I walked out tears streaming down my face "Amelia!" I heard as I looked up "Ben!" I said as I ran up and hugged him, for a second I forgot all the bad things in life.
