Jessica sat at her desk, inspecting her makeup and hair. She was meeting her boyfriend James in twenty minutes at his house and everything had to look perfect. Because they would be home. Alone. With acess to a bed.
She decided tonight would finally be the night- she waited sixteen years for this night. She loved James and felt that losing her virginity would be the perfect way to show her love. She nervously ran her hands up and down her legs, hoping they weren't doughy and chubby after the nervous eating she'd done today. Her dyed blonde hair fell to her shoulders, frizz-free and silky. She'd just straightened it and applied Bumble & Bumble serum so it would stay that way. Her blue eyes were wide from excitement from tonight's plans and slightly from fear. She was afraid of rejection and becoming a loser again. Her breath was ragged and her hands shook.
She crossed the room to her dresser and covertly took a shot of vodka to calm herself. She probably didn't even need to hide it; her dad never came up here and he almost never came home in general. After their parent's divorce three years ago, the only thing he cared about was work. After losing the senate campaign election, he immediatly threw himself into work, perhaps for a distraction. He became a serious workaholic. When he wasn't a workaholic, he was an alcoholic. Jessica rolled her eyes. She didn't care. She was Jessica- the only she was supposed to care about was herself.
Jessica nervously pulled at her ripped denim mini skirt. Was it sexy or downright slutty? Her new pushup bra from Victoria's Secret was working quite well to make it look like she had cleavage, but her boobs looked like they were about to spill completely out of her Robbi & Nikki beaded tank. She attempted a deep breath. Gosh, she felt like she was going to throw up. She had a purging problem in her past, but eventually broke the habit. Still, she couldn't help when the urge occured...
She leaned over the toilet, her stomach gurgling, when she snapped up. What was she doing?! Ignoring the mirror, she fastened her hoop earrings, doused herself in Princess by Vera Wang, slid on her Tory Burch flip flops, and headed out the door.

Jessica giggled. She and James were on his couch in his room, cuddling and talking quietly. Jessica had been trying to subtly bring up sex, but couldn't find an way. He pecked her softly on the lips. She kissed him back harder. They started kissing passionately when he stuck his hands up her shirt and she pulled off his shirt. But when she got to his belt buckle, he froze. He pulled away. "Are you sure...?"
Jessica nodded. "Absolutely." He blinked and sighed. It was like he instantly turned gay. "You...don't want to?"
"Jessica, I love you, but I think we should wait. We're only sixteen and we don't know what the hell we're doing." He ran his hand through his hair. "I'm sorry."
"You should be sorry! Don't you know how hard it is to find someone as beautiful, smart, and popular as me?!"
"No, and I clearly don't know how to find someone as humble either." There was an awkward pause. "I think you should leave, Jess."
Jessica was nearly visibly fuming. "NO, I WON'T LET YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO!" She stood, straightened her shirt and threw on her flip flops. She picked up a photo frame of the two of them. She promptly threw it onto the ground. "It's over, James." She stormed out of his house, slamming the door behind her. It had started pouring down raining. Good. He wouldn't be able to see the tears streaming down her face. Jessica flung herself into her car, started it, and backed the hell out of his driveway. She never wanted to see this house again.

Her eyes her from so much crying and her vision was getting blury. She whipped past three stop signs in a row without taking her foot off her the accelerator of her Audi. She leaned her head down on the wheel, trying to clear her headache. Her head popped up when she felt a bump. She looked in her rearview mirror, noticing she hit a dog. "Shit" she whispered to herself. She slowed the car down and pulled to side of the road; she must have wandered into a desolate, ghetto neighborhood. Sighing heavily, she turned the car off and mashed the lock button twice.
She crossed over to the dog. She considered leaving it when she heard a voice yell "Snickers!". A girl about her age in an Old Navy tank top- shudder- crossed her yard up to Jessica. She smelt of Bath & Body works and cinnamon gum. She glanced at Jessica. "Did you see who did this?" Jessica refused to meet her eye. When she did, Jessica gasped. The other girl cocked her head, confused.
The girl was Adrian.
