Angela comes in and looks at me already setting the table.
Angela:two plates? Ma'am I already told you I cannot eat with you.
Amelia:oh no it not for you .
Angela:Who is it for then? -
I smile at the ground then look out at the window seeing Ross coming.
Amelia:Ross it's for Ross.
Angela:Ross!!? I assumed it was for....
She quickly runs out and leaves past Ross nearly knocking him down.
Ross:Is she ok?
I shrug my shoulders.
Ross:Instead of eating here do you want to go into town and eat?
Amelia:Sure.
I follow Ross to his shack where he goes behind his shack and opens up a garage.
Amelia:I didn't notice this last time.
Ross takes a tarp off revealing a motorcycle.
He hands me a helmet and I put one on as he does the same. He gets on and starts it.
Ross:Hop on.
I get on the back and I put my arms around his waist .
Ross:Ready?
Amelia:Ya I'm ready.
He slowly takes off and we head past the cemetery and past my cottage. We turn on a street called Mondale.
He turns and parks his motorcycle. He takes of his helmet and I do the Same. I get off first then he gets off.
Ross grabs my hand and I follow along beside him and we enter a cafe it's next to a hardware store.
We sit in a booth with him in front of me.
Ross:They have the best chicken and waffles here.
Amelia: I love chicken and waffles!
Just then a waitress comes up and smiles at us. Her name tag says Syndey.
Sydney:Why hello Ross. I see you got yourself a girlfriend.
She looks at me and smiles.
Sydney:What can I get yall?
Ross: I'll have my usual.
Sydney:Ok chicken and waffles it us.
She then leaves our table.
Amelia: So you come here often Mr. Usual?
He laughs and looks at me.
Ross:Almost everyday it's cheap and it's well delicious.
Amelia:So I seen that the hardware store was next door. Wanna go after we eat?
Ross:Sure!!
He smiles at me and I smile back.
Sydney:Y'all are just too cute of a couple!!!
She sets down our plates along with two milkshakes.
Ross and I both say thank you.
Amelia:This looks amazing!!
Ross:wait till you try it!!
I look up and Ross Already has his faced stuff with food .
I take a bite of the food and it's amazing! Uhh and the milkshake is wonderful!! We finally finish our food and Ross pays for our meal. Then we head outside and walk next door to the hardware store.
