Revival
I don't know where it came from.
Suddenly, out of nowhere.
My head seems to hurt a little less.
No bad thoughts invading.
No chaos in the mind.
Self care, and making sure mental health is first.
A real genuine smile is back on my face.
Laughter is back in the air.
It's a new day.
I couldn't tell you how long it's been since I felt this way.
The sky seems to have a little more color.
The music seems to have more feeling.
The sound of my voice seems to have gotten louder.
I can finally feel like myself.
Finally I feel like I'm living.
