I'm right here.
Sitting beside you in silence.
Not a single word said to each other.
A silent battle.
Piercing tension between us.
I don't want to speak.
There no way I could stop speaking.
Anger and emotion would come out.
I don't want to let anymore of that in the open.
I didn't even mean for it all to explode in the first place.
It's affecting those around us now.
The silence is known between all of us.
Sitting right beside you,
But not anything said.
Not any gestures towards one another.
Not a hello,
Or a goodbye.
