Canis spun around in a quick circle. Seconds ago he had been in the lab studying the Journals. Now he was in a gray copy of the place. He frowned. This place was familiar...

Wait a minute was this..

"Hey Paw Print!" exclaimed Bill Cipher with malicious glee. "Long time no see!"

Canis froze. His blood was boiling, this demon had killed his family. When he had the chance he would return the favor.

"Don't be so sour, Paw Print," Bill laughed.

Canis recoiled as the triangle drew near. "Stay away from here!" he roared.

"I came to warn you," Bill sniffed. "In three days you will see a familiar face." He paused dramatically. "Until then I'll be watching you!"

"Nooo!" Canis screamed. He looked around in a panic. He was back? Was this an illusion?

The room was soundproof, but Ford could still hear him.

He came running into the room, hand at his gun, prepared to fight.

But instead of an enemy he simply saw a poor boy, sitting there with eyes full of terror.

Ford took a cautious step closer.
He didn't want to alarm the boy. When Canis was alarmed he tended to attack. Not that Ford couldn't take the boy easily in a fight, he just didn't want to hurt the boy.

"Canis?" he asked.

The boy didn't move at all. But he said two words that froze Ford on the spot.

  "He's coming."
