The next day I get up early, extra early. Eat, shower, and pack some things. Then I break into Serena's house and hide in her closet. Well, her hall closet.

She does her normal routine, it's easier than you'd think to hide in someone's house. Sure you get that feeling like when you first find your hiding spot in hide and go seek but it's worth the wait.

I can use the bathroom if I need to, she has the tv on so it won't be hard.

I push the closet door open, it stays quite as it glides against the carpet. I was going to wait a little bit longer but her life was just sad. She needed new friends. Plus, after I watched her wash her hands ten times in one hour and throw away a whole plate stacked with really good snacks I was beginning to get agitated.

Why was no one home for her? She needs help. But that thought slips away as I ready the syringe. Standing directly behind her she's oblivious when she reaches for a cup. I shove her against the counter and she panics, not seeing that it's me. I grip the needle but she fights, trying to push me away. I keep a hand on her break as she squirms, the needle tears into her flesh when she flares her arms.

Blood dripping she screams, I try again to shove her face against the hard counter. She keeps fighting, but I finally inject her.

Her screams softening, her fight fading. The last word she says before the drug reels her in is "please".

The car ride was silent. I decided on the boyfriend approach, meaning instead of throwing her in the trunk I put her in the passenger seat. Her head resting on the window, seat belt secure.

She won't be up for a bit, to be safe I taped her feet together. I did make sure she had shoes.

A sigh escaped my lips, I have to convince her to not go to the police about Meme. I'll drop her back in a week. Taking out the throw away phone I dialed up James throw away phone, strictly emergency call only.

"What's going on?", he asks urgently.
"No cops, don't worry. I fucked yo though, I panicked" I said.
"How so?", he asked.
"Drive over the golf cart, I had to grab someone" I ordered.
"I thought you said this was just about Meme, are we in trouble?" He asked.
"No, I'm handling it. I grabbed this girl because she was a threat. Have the guys grab some essentials" I said.
"Over" He said.
"Over" I called back.

Throwing the bag of her things I grabbed onto the grass I started to pull her out. James parked the cart and walked over to me, the sky was black.

"She looks like a huge threat" he said sarcastically.
"Shut up, I also said I panicked" I said trying to redeem myself.
He grabbed her from me, dragging her over to the cart. I grabbed the bag.

It wouldn't take long to drive over to the house from where I parked.

"So what are we going to do?" He asked.

I sighed.
"She just needs some sweet talking, butter her up and make sure she doesn't tell the police anything" I said. What he didn't know was that during the silent ride over here I contemplated killing her and dumping her body on the side of the road. She doesn't deserve to die, plus that could be worse if the police do get any leads. I just had to hope she would cooperate.

"What about Memes sister?", he asked.
"Let's just wait a couple of days and see how she reacts" I said.

I liked her sister in a little sister way, she was funny and shy.

He nodded, "This works out good because we already have a room cleared out".

The Golf cart stopped, we were at the house.

"Want me to grab her?" I asked.
"I got it" He said.
He picked her up bridal style, her red hair falling down. I followed him to the room.
