Chapter Sixteen: Blake

Oh shit! I wasn't watching the girl, they're gonna be so pissed.

"James, Dalton, Adam, And Blake. Get your asses down here!", Danny shouted.

I gulped and went into the dining room, there was Daniel looking angry at the head of the table.

I sat down, keeping my head down and looking at my lap. Everyone was now seated and I was worried, what he was going to say.

"Which one of you was supposed to be watching Meme" he barked.
"Umm uh me" I said scared and guilty.
"Then why the fuck weren't you watching her?". I sat trying to get the words out.
"Well we're all waiting" he snapped.
"I was asleep, when you brought her down she was already out cold- after waiting, I accidentally fell asleep.",
Daniel grunted.

"What about you Adam? Aren't you usually nerding it out with those camera?", He glared at Adam.
"Well umm I was asleep, I thought he had it under control", he said in a nervous voice.

Daniel closed his eyes and rubbed his temples, letting out a sigh he opened his eyes after a minute.

I became really nervous when he cocked his head to James. "I'm going to try to let it slide, fuck up again... Well it was nice knowing you", he said coldly before leaving. James smirked.

Me and Adam traded a look. "You two are weak links, sleeping? Fucking sleeping?!, for all you know she could of stabbed you...", he looked at the doorway. A sigh. "I guess since the only person who got hurt was her, I'm only going to give you two ladies a few tasks", he said. Almost disappointed. Yet he also let off that he almost didn't want to hurt us. I know he would.

"Clear out the extra room and put that shit in attic, you already know what I want set up", he said with authority. I really did get off easy. But I also dragged Adam down with me.
