Pain.

That's all that I felt in my chest after seeing what Allison was going through. Ever since I've been stuck here on this side, I've never felt any kind of pain besides the time Allison punched me, but this time it was emotional pain, something I haven't experienced in some time. Seeing her torn and broken beat me up inside; mostly because I knew that I couldn't do anything to help her.

After she had came home she pushed me away, telling me that she wanted to be alone. Of course I knew that this was going to happen; she was the type to act out in this way. Instead of showing her sadness and how weak she felt, she pushed people away and turned cold. I was the same way when one of my friends back home had died from a car wreck.

So while Allison pushed people away, I tried my best to help in any way that I could. She had asked me before if I could see her mother, which I couldn't, but it made me wonder if I could find her. When I had died, I had woken up at the scene of the crime, around thirty or so minutes after the accident if I had to guess. When I had put together that Allison's mother had died, it wasn't near that long after. Plus, we weren't at the scene of the crime, which is someplace I didn't know where.

I searched practically everywhere in Beacon Hills for any sign of her mother. I couldn't help heal Allison's wounds, but I could at least be a messenger between her and her mother. She would get to say goodbye that way; which is the one thing she wants most, other than for her mother to come back.

I was now roaming the streets, my eyes scanning each and every house that I passed. I'm pretty sure I've already been here three times tonight, but might as well search again just in case. I wasn't sure what I was going to say to Allison's mother if I found her, but I'd probably start with her being able to talk to her daughter again. Maybe after then I'd explain to her that I'm the person she's always talking to when she's alone.

I was about to turn the corner when a sudden gunshot rings out in the cold air, causing my head to whip back down the street. My eyes scanned the houses, trying to put together where that came from. I wouldn't have figured it out until screaming followed after the shot, which directed me towards the Sheriff's station. This can't be good.

The next thing I know, I'm teleporting inside, trying to get a sense of what was going on. I hear sobbing then, causing me to look over and see Matt standing there with a gun in his hand; Scott on the ground with blood seeping through his shirt. Melissa was standing there as well; screaming her head off. I didn't blame her; she thinks her son had just gotten shot and was going to die.

"But I didn't say, I wouldn't hurt you," Matt says devilishly as he looks down at Scott, narrowing his eyes. My blood boils even more as I looked at him, knowing that there had to of been more behind him.

Melissa steps forwards, tears in her eyes. "Scott-"

"Get back!" Matt screams at her as he points the gun in her face, causing me to clench my teeth. This was out of hand.

"Mom, stop!" Scott begs as he props himself up onto the bench, holding onto his wound. "Please mom, just listen to him."

Melissa backs up then slowly, pain behind her eyes. Matt glances down at Scott as he grinds his teeth, fire in his eyes. "Get up, McCall. I said get up, or I'll shoot her next!"

Scott gets up as fast as he can the moment Matt says this, pure pain forming onto his face. I could tell that he was hurt from the shot, but he'd live. He was a werewolf after all, but Melissa didn't know that. She thought that he was going to die.

"I'm alright mom," Scott says, nodding his head. "It doesn't hurt."

"That's because of the adrenaline," Melissa shakes her head. "He needs to see a doctor. Or at least let me stop the bleeding-"
