Once the movie was over I glanced over at Calum who was fast asleep. When I looked at my phone Michael was asleep too. I ended the FaceTime and went to grab a blanket for Calum. Once I found one I cover him up and went to my room. Just as I was about to lay down I got a FaceTime from Michael. I accepted it and instantly heard huffing. He was having a panic attack.

"S-Skyler! H-help me!" He huffed.

"Michael! Shh. Calm down it's okay." I tried.

He continued to have his panic attack then I got an idea.

"Michael! Get the candy!" I said.

He got up and walked to his kitchen in an awkward way. He grabbed the sour patch kids. I smiled at his choice. He slid down to the floor and ripped open the bag causing a few of them to fly out of the bag. He ate one after the other and after just a few mins he was completely calm.

"Wow. How did you know to do that?" He asked.

"I didn't. It was just an idea." I said.

"Thank you Skyler. I knew Calum was asleep or I would have called him so I didn't bother you."

"You didn't bother me. You needed someone and I was here. I'll always be here for you because you are my friend." I smiled.

"Thank you." He said again.

"No problem." I smiled.

"I thought about it and um, tomorrow I'll tell you everything."  He said.

"O-okay." I said.

That had taken me by surprise. I wasn't expecting that.

"Could you do something for me?" He asked.

"Sure." I said.

"Can you bring me some gummy bears if you have any? I kind of ate all the ones you got me today." He nervously laughed.

I walked to my kitchen careful not to wake Calum and grabbed the two bags of gummy bears I had. I slowly opened the door and snuck out walking the short distance to Michael's apartment. Just as I was about to sit the gummy bears down he cracked open the door.

"Thank you. And good night Skyler." He said.

He grabbed the gummy bears, his hand lightly touching mine in the process. In that moment I felt like my heart stopped.

"G-good night Michael."

-Sorry I didn't update for two days! I had so much going on with the Christmas parades and stuff. I'll more than likely update again sometime today to make up for it! -Lynds
