Protect the past, for the future part 8

"What do you mean by that? Lucy's in trouble?" Gray asked in confusion, fear and anger rush on him.

The boys nods in union, Lucy kept silent since she remembered how the kids said something that they need to protect their mother.

She remember the first time she saw the boys and the next of that, they keep talking about protecting their mother, and that's her, Lucy.

"From who?" -Gray

"We don't know dad.." Grayson said with a sad tone.

Minutes past and the room is quiet, the adults keep thinking about their topic and the atmosphere is enough for the boys to shut their mouth.

Gray sigh as he stop himself from thinking, he quickly look at Lucy and he decided,  no matter what happen, he will protect her.

He sigh again, a deep one then smiled.

"Okay boys, don't worry about it okay? We are gonna protect mommy cause we're the men of our family." - Gray

The two boys nods as they smiled back, a bit relieve that their mother will be safe because of what their father said.

The kids look at wach other then stands up and go to Gray and hug him.

He was shocked for a moment then hug them back, then he look at Lucy- who's smiling a bit while watching them.

When their eyes met, he smiled back- though he's still worried what might actually happen to Lucy, to them.

"It's Uncle Loke.." Grey answered to their question.

"Loke?" Both Lucy and Gray said in chorus.

Grey nodded while Grayson is playing with his feet, wiggling it.

"He made you guys traveled back in time? " Lucy said.

"Uh-huh.. he did the magic.." Grayson said, still wiggling his feet "and its awesome! " he added as he remembers.

Gray faced Lucy "He can do that?" he asked.

"I-i dont know.." - Lucy

Lucy can't seem to remember if Loke told her that he could do that kind of magic, and she don't even saw that Loke used other type of magiv beside on what he really use.

"Hey kids.." Gray said made the kids look up "that, magic you mentioned- is he really the one who did that?"

Grey suddenly lift his necklace up that has been hidden on his neck, then a familiar thing shows up, it's a key.

"That's--" -Gray

"Leo's key.." Lucy added "b-but--" she quickly grab her keys and saw Leo's key is still there.

"It's mom's. ." Grayson said, talking about the key that his brother showed "in the future.." Grey added.

"Is that so.." - Lucy.

"Then, can he summon here?" - Gray

Grey shooked his head "time travel needs a huge amount of magic, so they are currently resting. "

"They?" Gray said while his eyebrow is up.

Grey nodded "Mom's zodiac keys." then Grayson interrupted "to cast that magic, it will need the twelve zodiac keys."

Twelve of them? How can they possibly summon all of the celestial spirits?

Lucy look at her keys while they're talking then suddenly Loke appears- its from Lucy's key.

"L-loke?" She shockingly said.

"Hey Lucy~" he flash his famous smile.

Gray's forehead crinkled, then he reminded himself that Loke is his friend and he can't be jealous, and Loke has been always like that to Lucy.

"Why are you here?" Lucy asked as she recover.

"I felt that you needed me~" Gray flinched on what Loke just said.

Lucy never felt that though- that he need Loke "and I miss you.."

When Loke tried to go to Lucy to hug her, Gray stood up and hold Loke's arm.

"Oh Gray, you're here?" Loke asked as he face Gray's direction.

"Yeah, we're just talking about something. ." Gray said normally,  maybe Loke is his friend- but he felt jealous at the thought of Loke hugging Lucy, and when he's jealous, then HE IS JEALOUS.

"Talking about wh--?" He stop as he saw the two kids.. "uhh.. who are they? " he look at Gray "your little brothers?"

Lucy giggled on that, that was her first reaction.

Gray rolled his eyes "Tss.. they're not my brothers- " he stop as an idea came up in his mind, Gray grin "they are not my brothers but we are blood related."

"Cousins?" Loke said, Gray shooked his head "uhm.. nephews?"

"I told you, I dont have siblings." - Gray

"Then they are your cousin sons?" - Loke

"Definitely not." - Gray

"This is so hard, blood related huh?" He stop "they can't be your sons?" Loke said but thats just impossible so he tried to think again.

"Ding dong.." Gray said while smirking.

"Ha?" Loke raised his eyebrow.

"They are my sons.." Gray smiled proudly "kids, say hello to Uncle Loke."

The kods smiled widely "Hello Uncle Loke!" They both said in chorus "wow, your hair is a bit shorter." Grayson said "and you're a bit shorter, I mean your height Uncle." Grey added and ended.

"..." Loke cant find any right word, should he believe Gray?

"Boys stop it.." Lucy said while smiling, she knows that her boys is just teasing Loke.

"Okay mom.." the little monsters said in union while smiling widely.

"Aww.." Gray said like a kid, that makes the kids giggles.

Lucy laugh softly, she never see him like that "Gray.." she fake a warning tone.

"Wait!" Everyone stops "Dad? Sons? Mom?" Loke said in curious and shocking tone.

Another update! Just to make it up to you guys, I actually planned to stop writing but the readers keep adding this story in their library haha so yep!
