Gray's mind can't accept what Lucy said and he feel weird, he wants to believe what Lucy said but in other conclusion of his, maybe it's just because Lucy's illness, maybe it's not true, that's why he is so confused.
Gray: just...just rest..
Lucy: no, why should i....i'm perfectly fine..!!
Gray: -eyebrow up- Lu...Lucy you should go back to sleep...you're not normal...
Lucy: -pout- hmm....-think a plan- if...if you are....
Gray: if what?
Lucy: if you will kiss me i will go back to sleep....
Gray: -eyebrow up, blushing- o....okay!
Lucy: hontou? *really* -close her eyes-
Gray slowly move towards Lucy, his lips slolwly approaching Lucys's lips but he suddenly turn to kiss Lucy's cheeks!.....cheeks only... (What? o.O)
Lucy: hey! That's not fair, i said on lips not on cheek! -point at her lips-
Gray: Lucy, you just said if i'm going to kiss you, you're going to rest, you did not said where should i kiss you....
Lucy: You should know where you kiss, that's why it's called first kiss.... -pouts-
Gray: b...but~
Lucy: -look at Gray, watery eyes- just admit it....that you don't like me...
Gray: Lu...Lucy, why are you doing this...?
Gray can't help it but to feel guilty, while he's watching her, he's trying to resist his feelings for her, but when he see Lucy going to cry he can't help it....
Gray: -sigh deeply- i....i will kiss you, right on lips...! -look away-
Lucy: -smile-
Gray: just.....just once...
Lucy: -nods-
Gray: -eyebrow up-, blush- okay.....
He slolwly lean down to the bed and crawl in bed, until he reached Lucy he and kiss her smoothly and Lucy place her hand to Gray cheek ......
