Let's slither-in

Seven:Nobody dared to say a word about Auden that day. I didn't talk to anyone else either. I wasn't upset, it's normal for someone to snap after always being nice. I just felt, numb; tired.
I sat staring at my wall the rest of the day. Everyone else went to do their own things, I was doing mine too. Relaxation. Chilling. Meditating. Any other word having to do with that action.
A creak came from outside of the cabin. My head snapped toward the screen door. Darkness was beginning to seep through the night sky. Other than that, no one seemed to be outside. The creak came again. This time, it sounded like someone walking. I got up from my bed and walked outside. My eyes searched around the cabin but came across nothing.
I sat back in my bed, not planning to get up once more.
"Boo." A male voice made me jump. Liam was perched on the top bunk.
"How'd you get in?"
"You should really lock your windows. Seriously, there could be a peeping tom, every night." He said in a voice as if he had been telling me since birth.
"Hmm." I huffed and turned back to my wall.
"You know you're boring?" Once again he tried to spark up a conversation.
"So I've been told." I smiled. "Why is everyone in group a fuckboy?" My mouth blurted before my mind could keep up. Liam seemed taken aback by this.
"Excuse me, we are not 'fuckboys'. We're men." He clarified before he looked back at me and laughed.
"I'm sure you all are. Tell me, when was the last time you changed your underwear?"
"This is like asking your best friend, 'what are you wearing?' And for the record, we have no time for laundry." He laughed.
"That's disgusting." My face cringed terribly. Let's just say I'm not the type you want to see making faces. Behind him, was a plaque with the camp rules. I studied rule number eight.
8. No boys/girls in the boy/girl cabins after seven o'clock. Consequences may vary.
"What time is it?" I don't think I should care, but I was just curious.
"Five after seven." He read his watch on his left wrist. I couldn't help but think of how cliche this moment was. I mean, five minutes after seven?
Just then, muffled talking was heard outside. Normally, I wouldn't care, but these voices however was Melody and Amy. Amy was venomous and cruel when she had the chance, and her chance was sitting in the top bunk, about to lighting fireworks, and singing John Cena.
"Get in the closet." I rushed opening the closet that belonged to all five of us. Liam looked confused by my actions, but my frantic voice alerted him that he should listen to what I say.
He looked behind him. The door was opening slowly. Liam ran and dove into the closet. I closed it right after his right foot went through the door.
"There could be a glow party-" Melody stopped dead in her steps, when she saw me. "Hi, Evie." She greeted. "We were just talking about having a glow party Friday."
"I thought we were dying t-shirts on Friday." I questioned keeping my eyes away from the figure moving through the little slits on the closet.
"We are, but we're doing that to assign teams. That night, we're going to play capture the flag. After capture the flag, we'll have the glow party. We'll already have the glow sticks ready anyways." Melody explained. Meanwhile, Amy kept her eyes trained on the closet door. 'Liam stop fucking moving,' I thought.
