I woke up to 4 walls, a beeping of a heart monitor, the pain all over my body, and someone holding my hand. Shit, I'm in a stupid hospital! I looked around and saw my mom flee to go get someone (I think it's the doctor), Two-Bit holding my hand looking happy (Weird, why is he smiling and looking happy when I took his car..), and Regina running up to me hugging me.

"Oh my, Aria I thought we'd lose 'ya", Regina whisper-yelled at me as she gently released the hug.

"Don't pull some kinda stunt like that 'ya hear", Two-bit said sternly.

"I won't, Two-Bit", I replied,"Regina what did you mean by 'I thought we'd lose 'ya'?"

"The doctor said there was a 30% chance that you woulda never woke up", Regina said before playing with the collar of her shirt.

"How long was I out?"

"3 days",Two-Bit answered.

Next thing you know, the doctor and nurse rushed inside, telling everyone (My mom, Regina, and Two-Bit) to get out. I became nervous and heard the heart monitor beats go a tad faster.

"What hurts",the doctor asked.

"My whole body." I answered.

"That's weird, you only have a couple of burns,a concussion, which caused the coma, a broken leg and arm",the nurse concluded as she wrote on the clipboard.

May I please hit that stupid ass nurse? I want her to go save someone out of a burning church, end up in a fucking nasty smelling ass hospital, then tell me what hurts!

I woke up panting with my mom, and brother sitting on my bed, with worried faces. This also makes me worried about them. I sigh, playing with the stray strands of my signature bun.

"What's worryin' you guys", I questioned.

"Your panting, and screaming worries us, that's all", My mom concludes,"I gotta go to work, see you kids later and have fun at school."

"Don't worry ma, I will", Two-bit said making me chuckle and our mom glaring at him.

"Not too much fun, Keith", with that mom left.

"Not too much fun, Ariana", My brother mocked making me burst into a fit of giggles.

"Don't worry Two, I will", I mocked making my brother laugh.

"Watch it midget. Get dressed, Regina's coming over any minute now", Two-Bit said before leaving my room.

I looked in the mirror, approving of my outfit- which consists of a denim vest, my strapless bandeau playsuit, and my white converse that I take really good care of. It looks good with my signature braided bun, that I had redone after I got out of the shower. I heard a knock on my bedroom door.

"Come in",I shouted grabbing the books I needed and placing them in my mustard colored tote bag I knitted myself.

"Regina's outside", Two-Bit growled [Ol' Two-Bit hates Reggie for no reason.].

"Okay", I cheerfully announced as I ran outside.

"Hey Ari Boo", Regina greeted before giving me a bear hug.

"Hey Reggie Bear", I also greeted as Regina let go of me.

"Ready to go?"

"Yep!"

As soon as we arrived to school, everyone was whispering. I did what I usually do; keep my head up and flash them my smile. Regina and I was having a conversation, until we saw my brother leaning on I and Regina's locker. I immediately stopped smiling and glared at Two-Bit, who seems to find this so damn amusing.

"Excuse me, you're on my locker." I politely said to my dumb brother.

"Then tell your locker to get off my back." Two-Bit smiled as Ponyboy looked at me with recognizing eyes.

I gave Two-Bit a pleading gaze as I replied, "Please?"

"Sure", with that Two-Bit went off my locker and continued talking with Ponyboy.

I got out all the things we both needed for our first 3 periods and we walked together to our homeroom.

I walk inside [1st period] Health with Regina and she starts checking out Mr. Mitchel. Mr. Mitchel is one of those 'Pretty Boy' teachers who has a fanbase in school. He has blue eyes, short brown hair, slight facial hair, and a muscular build. But man, he is over a foot taller than me! He looks about 6'3! We both sit near the door next to each other. Unlike Regina, who is checking him out and giving him googly eyes, I'm paying attention and writing notes. Next thing you know, Steve bursts through the door 15 minutes after the bell.

"I see you're late, Mr. Randle", Mitchel said calmly,"Sit in the empty seat behind Ariana Mathews."

"Mister, it's Aria." I correct him rolling my eyes.

"It says Ariana on-"

"Don't say my full name, Lorzeno", I addressed my teacher by his first name causing him to blush.

He ingored my comment and went on teaching until the bell rang. I retrieved my things and felt someone tap me on the shoulder. I turned to see Steve.

"How do you know Mr. Mitchel's first name", Steve asked.

"It's on the schedule", I answered before walking to my period 2 class.

I walked to me and Regina's locker and opened it. I saw a uneven-folded note which says 'Aria Matthews'. I opened it and immediately recognized the writing as my brother's. It read:

Your ass just got lucky I was just going with your 'I don't know you' trick. You owe me Ariana Ellie Matthews.

Not surprised he still doesn't know that my middle name is Juliet.
I rolled my eyes, folded it neatly, and placed it inside my bag before someone slammed my locker door. It was Randy. I folded my arms and looked up at him- since I'm shorter than everyone in this school.

"What do 'ya want", I asked him.

He smirked,"I know it was you who saved Johnny."

"What", I whisper-yelled.

"Don't worry, I won't tell. Unless you herlp me with one thing",Randy hinted.

"Spill it Soc", I rolled my eyes.

"Tutor me in Chemistry, and help me ask out your friend."

"Regina?"

"Yep."

"Fine, when does the tutoring start?"

"Tomorrow after school in the libary."

After that was established, we seperated and didn't say a word to each other for the rest of the school day.
