CHAPTER 6

Me and my squads finally find time to hang-out. We are going to rock our night! I am not actually a night-out kind of person. But no man is an island ika nga. There are times na kailangan mo ding makipag bonding with your squads.

Pina schedule ko talaga na matapos ng maaga ang lakad ko today and that I have no work tomorrow. As what my squads said, will gonna paint the town red kaya uumagahin kami. And no istorbo dapat from work. Yun ang mahigpit na rule.

I am doing my make-up right now. Diego and Alyssa will gonna pick me up at 10 sharp. Diego is our designated driver. Meaning, Alyssa and I can get drunk as much as we want. Crush it! Squad goals!

Nakailang palit pa ako ng outfit bago na kontento. I first wore a tight dress. Above the knee. I pictured myself at the mirror and send it to Alyssa. She replied with, "No. Take it off." The next picture I sent her, pinatungan ko yung dress ng leather jacket but she called me and nagged me, "That's a no-no. That's too provokable. The dress looks good on you but Jezaws, you have an image to think of." So I changed again but she still said NO.

Wardrobe problem! LUH! So I asked her what to wear. She just said, "Just wear a skinny jean and a sexy top. Just a no-oh to sexy tight dress. Surprise me! See you in a jiffy!"

So I did. I finally decided to wear a ripped skinny jean. As in super ripped kasi butas talaga sya sa may upper right leg ko. My top is nothing special sa front but backless and of course it's a red lacy top. I pony my hair in vulcano way. And of course the most important, my wedge boots. Slayed it!

I played with my make-up also. Heavy make-up I should say. I seldom going to night-out but when I do, I made it my damn business. My lips are as red as Snow Whites lips. I also made my eye wider.

"So how do I look?" I asks Alyssa. Sya kasi ang bumaba para mag doorbell. She also would like to say Hi to Mom and Be-beth. Sweet girl...

"Just awesome! Nice outfit. You look adorbs and hot." Pina ikot-ikot nya pa ako.

"You are also smooking my friend." She's wearing a sexy dress which is backless din. We are at the same height. We also wore the same inch of wedge kaya magkasing height pa rin kami.

'We need to sealed this with a....." Nilabas nya ang phone nya. Kaya nag picture muna kami bago lumabas ng gate. Napag-usapan din naming bukas na kami mag upload ng pictures para maiwasan na ma stalk ako. Baka kasi matuntun pa ako sa Makati.

"About time." Reklamo agad ni Diego. Natagalan yata kami.

"Sorry babe. I said hi to Tita and to Be-beth. I also beso them for you." Syempre sa passengers seat si Alyssa. Ako naman sa back seat.

Pagkapasok ko sa car kinalabit ko si Diego for the beso. "Hey you." Bati nya sa akin.

"Thank you for being our DD best friend. Ang bait-bait mo talaga. Kaya kita love eh." Natawa lang si Alyssa.

"Palagi naman...." Reklamo na naman nya. "Just no puking inside my car." Babala nya agad.

"Luh." Sabay pa kami ni Alyssa. "Hindi naman kami katulad ni Jeric. Tsaka kelan ba kami nagkalat dito sa pinakamamahal mong wheels?" Tanong ko sa kanya. Jeric is one of our friend. Will also be meeting him up later.

"Never at sana talaga never talaga."

We took the road. Medyo traffic, regular traffic lang not that insane naman. Hindi naman nasayang ang oras sa amin sa dami ng topic namin.

Our squads are already in our table. Si Jeric na nga lang ang kulang. They were our college buddies. Mga naka group sa projects. Naka join sa extra curricular activities. I'm actually active sa school noon be it during highschool or college days. Sa dancing, sa singing, sa choir na sinalihan. I sometimes host pa nga. They tried to join me sa mga pageant pageant but it is really not my call. I prefer to perform than to be a beauty queen tsaka isa pa I am not that tall naman para karerin ang beauty pageant.
