I have a schedule lunch with my Mom. Weird lang kasi nasa schedule list ko talaga. I even call her and told her that she's weirding me out.
"Just come here on time. Don't be late." Sagot nya sa akin.
"Yeah weird Mom."
I took a bath then change into my casual clothes. I am wearing a high waist denim ripped short and a red crop shirt. I'm having my red converse chuck. Anlakas maka bagets ng get-up ko.
I will also be driving my Moms car. She left her car because I will be attending a birthday party tonight. Birthday ng isa sa mga Madam. Madami kaming artist na invited. Timothy and I will be a having a duet.
I wasn't late but our table was already occupied. Sino kaya ang ka meeting namin? Crap! I wasn't informed. I'm not get-up ready. I'm in short for godsake!
Sa paglapit ko sa table, si Tita Kris pala ang naka opo.
"Hi Tita Kris. What's up?" Bati ko sa kanya.
"Hi Vernah. Sit down. Your Mom's in the rest room while Timothy is on his way." Bineso ako ni Tita Kris.
"Sorry po hindi ko po alam na meeting pala ito. Sabi kasi ni Mom lunch lang daw wala naman pong sinabi na may ka meeting. Naka short lang po ako. Sorry." Hinging paumanhin ko.
"It's OK. Nothing's wrong with your attire. You look hot actually. Lakas maka bagets. I wish I have a body like that."
"Bolera ka pala Tita Kris? Thanks anyway."
Dumating na din si Mom. A little while dumating na din si Timothy. Beneso nya kaming tatlo.
Timothy's wearing a ripped pants and a black fitted shirt. He's also having a chuck boots. Pansin ko lang sa kanya he's always in black. Black sando or black shirt. Be it a fitted one or a lose one. Sometimes he's wearing a white shirt. Lahat yun plain shirt. He's wearing other kind of shirt pag taping lang.
"Let's eat first. I'm famish." Sabi ni Tita Kris.
So off we eat.
After having our dessert hindi na ako nakatiis. "What is this all about po ba?" Tanong ko kina Mom and Tita Kris. I guess wala ding alam si Timothy kasi pag dating nya he even asked kung ano dawng bago.
"Well your movie will start shooting next week. Monday, Wednesday, Firday and Saturday ang schedule nyo ng shoot. Medyo minamadali na at after 5 months ang premiere." Said by Mom.
"In a rush? Won't it conflict our previous schedules?" Tanong ni Timothy.
"Everything's settled. All you have to do is grace your presence sa shooting. We all cleared your schedules except for some interviews and guestings." Sabi naman ni Tita Kris.
Sumabat si Mom. "Your VJ job will be adjusted muna Vernah to give way for the movie shoot."
"OK." Sagot ko naman. As if may magagawa ako.
"You will have a script reading tomorrow with the whole cast. You might feel it is so sudden but we all know that this project will be given to you. It was just, the announcement came shortly." Sabi ni Mom.
Si Tita Kris naman this time. "And you have nothing to worry about. You are both ready. Your effort at the workshop will be given justice."
"I have other meeting pa after this. We just want to tell you both about the movie. Tsaka advance celebration na din natin ito."
"And we do hope we have more celebration to come."
"Magpakabait lang kayong dalawa and stay focus."
