Conner and I raced out the main doors as we turned to look at the building. I shivered and he glanced over at me.

"Do you need a jacket? It's chilly out I"m okay with giving you mine." He started to take off his jacket but I shook my head and he hesitated.

"No, I'll be fine, it's only 50 degrees, I'll get used to it in a moment." He raised his eyebrows at me as if testing to see if I was lying. "Really Hun, put the jacket back on, We'll be going in again in a minute right?" He nodded and pointed to a far doorway.

"Alright, so that's door number 1, and door number 2 is next to it and so on down the line. Door number 3, the one we came out of, is the main door." I nodded and he walked into a little alleyway. I followed him closely as he opened the door. "This door, takes us right into the library." I walked in after him and I felt my mouth drop open.

"This is the library?" He nodded as I looked around. The room was huge, probably the size of a small house. "This is amazing." He nodded once more.

"To make it better, the place is open 24/7 even during the summer. This is pretty much our towns library. The middle school and elementary school is right down the street and they have field trip twice a day for any of the kids that want to come. Although, the town isn't very safe." I felt an edge to his voice, I stopped myself from pushing him about it.

I giggled and hugged him tightly. "Dude, I freaking love the library." He laughed, hugging me back.

"Yeah, I had the same reaction when I first saw it, but I was also like 4." I smacked him lightly and he chuckled.

"I'm a geek, so shush."

"Another geek? This'll be fun."

"For me, geek doesn't really begin to cover it." He face palmed, looking up at me he seemed ashamed.

"You're in the Vampire Academy fandom." I laughed loudly and it echoed throughout the library. I felt confusion set in.

"There's no one in here." He nodded his head as he started looking at all the books.

"Yeah, anyone that would be in here is in a club or is too young to walk here themselves. Tomorrow some kids might be in here, I'll be in practice though." I tilted my head. "I'm in the play, every one of them, since I was a kid." Normally I would think someone was bragging but you could here in his voice that to him it was just another fact. "Anyways, this is the library, there's an electronic checkout so teachers are rarely in here. You do everything on these computers, included booking the studio and theater rooms." He pointed behind me, I turned and saw a couple different doors and my eyebrows shot up. He sighed lightly and jumped down. Following me as I looked through the horror section. "You know people are already talking about you?" I shrugged my shoulders not really caring I was leaving this twin once I was 18 so none of it really mattered to me.

"Oh well, it can't be that back." He grabbed my wrist lightly and looked at me worriedly.

"I don't want you to have too much attention, people don't know the limits in this town, we settle things our own way and things can get violent." I took my wrist away and shrugged once more.

"I don't care, I grew up like that, I can handle it." He sighed again running his hands through his hair. I decided to change the topic hoping not to stress him out. "So, you're a good dancer." He chuckled and shook his head.

"In every play remember?" I nodded.

"That explains the amazing dance skills, most you guys had some sort of skill, and I heard really good voices." He nodded and looked at the books with me, he grabbed a Steven King novel and began reading the back.

"Yeah, I'm sorry that they spiked the punch." I laughed and shook my head, my hair falling in front of my face.

"Boy, I can drink 3 bottles of beer and still act sober as hell, getting high, drunk and smoking used to be a part of my life."

"Damn, I think I might love you." He laughed lightly. "Nah, but really, that tolerance for your size is impressive."

"Yeah, I grew up drinking a little every night, nothing major, just had a bad family." I looked at him and I realized he had his elbow propped up against a shelf.

"Amazing, everything you say makes me fall even more in love with you." We both died laughing, each time I looked at him I started laughing again.

"Oh, my God, I cannot believe you just said that." He finally was catching his breath but I was still having a hard time. "I think we should hang out often, it's fun." He nodded slowly.

"Yeah, just as long as this isn't you asking me out." I shook my head quickly.

"Dude, I like just met you today!"

"I know, but sometimes this is hard to resist." I laughed again as he gestured to himself, he gained a more serious composure and began looking at books again. "I get asked out a lot, and I now have a player status."

"How?" Was the first word out of my mouth.

"Well, I end up going on dates with girls accidentally, then they try to kiss me or go father. I say no and they start saying I'm a tease, next thing you know, I have a rep that matches my sisters."

"Lemme guess, populars?" He tapped his nose with his finger.

"Hit it right on the nose girly" We both laughed and I jumped up onto a table.

"Why am I always hit on by the boys I never like. I always see them coming from the left or from the right."

Conner laughed and continued the song jumping up onto the table next to me. "I don't want to be a priss, I'm just trying to be polite, but it always seems to bite me in the-" We went through the whole song, laughing and messing around the whole time. Pushing each other off tables or just dancing around. I thought for a moment before I jumped up onto a table again.

"Yo! What if we started a club, for people like us. A club where we can be ourselves. We could write, sing, draw, we can do whatever and maybe put on shows and stuff." Conner's eyes lit up.

"We could put together our own pieces, people could write stories together, we could have painting." He didn't quite finish the thought as his eyes lost their light. "We can't, or better yet, I can't. I can't lose the rep I have, my sister expects me to have it." He sat down on the table and I sat down next to him.

"I'll walk you through it, you don't have to lose your rep." He shook his head.

"No, I would, I would have to drop play." I bit my lip, I didn't think about him being in play. "Fuck it, this will be worth it. We can do this." I laughed.

"That's a sudden change in attitude. What's with the change?" He smiled and shrugged.

"My mom would love it, that and I think we could actually help people because of this club, it could be like a safe place." He grabbed my hand. "Let us skip to the land of the asshole principle. We are on a quest to make our club a thing. Now, let's have an adventure."
