Conner and I walked into the main office, while he had hesitated at the front desk I didn't. Walking straight back into the principals office I froze as I opened the door.  Conner ran forward and stood behind me. I fought back a giggle and walked into the office, I sat down in front of the desk and Conner did the same. I felt a panic attack coming on but I reminded myself that Conner was there and nothing would happen.

"What are you kids doing here!?" I stopped myself from flinched at he raised voice.

I took a deep breath. "We'd like to start a club." He shook his head wildly as if I just asked him the most outragous question on earth.

"No! No way, you guys already have too many clubs." I fought a rude comment and calmly responded to him.

"This isn't exactly a question," I trailed off not knowing his name. "I'm sorry Mr. I-Don't-Know-Your-Name."

"It's Mr. Richardson!"

"Great, hello Mr. Richardson. You will sign the document to give us a club, or we'll get police involved with your," I paused for a moment thinking of a good word. "Pleasures." His eyes widened but he quickly regained composure. Conner's eyes widened as well, but it was more because he had finally put together that the principal was sitting here in front of us stoned off his ass.

"No! I will not allow you to blackmail me!" I laughed harshly and stood up. He shrank back into his seat as Conner sat .

"This is more of a friendly reminder that we're keeping a secret, I mean you wouldn't want a bad record now would you?" He scanned my face, but with his state of mind he wouldn't be able to pick up anything.

Conner spoke up. "The school won't pay for anything, the club will be student run, it'll be in my room, which by the way I'm quiting the musical. All we're asking for is the document saying it's okay for us to be in school." The principal started going through the files he had and pulled out a piece of paper. He placed it on the table, I read through the document and placed it back down. His hand went for a pen but he dropped it onto the ground. I quickly grabbed another one and handed it to him.

He quickly scribbled his name onto the paper. I took it from him before he could file it away. I walked over to the copier as he started yelling. I flinched as soon as I heard the raised voice, hopefully not enough for either Conner or the dickhead of a principal to notice. "What are you doing!? Did I say you could use that!" I made two copies and handed him a copy. "You bitch, I require the original." Conner shot up.

"Shut up, you and I both know you don't, I don't care if you do anything to me you don't talk to her like that." Mr. Richardson went quiet and stared at us with a blank face. I placed the copy and original in my bag, standing up I kept eye contact to a minimal, which thankfully meant none.

"Thank you sir, have a nice day." I walked out of the office and quickly past the desks placed in the main office. The lady at the front desk screamed for Conner as I walked out, he didn't listen, instead he jogged to catch up to me.

"Scar, are you okay?" I took a deep breath and put a smile on my face.

"Yeah, I'm good, he just pissed me off, and I didn't want to ruin the chances of the club." The lie slid right past my lips with ease. He scanned me trying to see if I was lying but thankfully I used to be a compulsive liar, lying was second nature, hell it was easier than the truth most the time. Before he could say anything I spoke. "So where are we gonna have the club at?" His eyes now a bright green lit up,.

"I know just the place."
