Alan's POV:

Michael and Star had already left the restaurant, they were no where in sight. I was scared out of my wits. She'd taken my brother. For all I know he could've been dead.
"Oh man. Oh god," Sam was breathing heavily, looking around desperately for any signs of Delilah or Edgar. I couldn't move. I was in too much shock.

Sam ran outside but I stayed behind. It was like all my body parts had frozen. Moments later he returned, grabbing my arm and dragging me out of the shop.
"We don't have much time!" He pleaded. The cold breeze hit me like a truck and I choked. my head was pounding and I felt like I was going to be sick. This couldn't be happening. This couldn't be happening.

Sam ran up and down the boardwalk twice, before returning beside me.
"I asked everyone! No one saw
anything!" He said, in between huffs and puffs.

I heard a loud scream not too far away from us.
"Did you hear that?!" I blurted.
"I think the only people who didn't hear that were the aliens on Mars!" he exclaimed. I rolled my eyes. This was no time for sarcasm.

I felt my neck go warm, like someone was breathing on me. I knew It had to be her. She was looking for me. I turned around slowly and nervously, but no one was there.
"Did you see that?" I asked Sam.
"See what?" He replied.
"I....I swear she was behind m..me," I said. My stomach felt like it had just dropped 1000 miles. Sam's eyes grew larger and his jaw dropped down. He was staring just off to the side of me.
"What?" I asked. He didn't move. I turned back around. She was standing there.

"What the hell have you done with my brother?" I screamed. Delilah just chuckled. She ran her nails in a spiral on my head. She had a thing for touching my head. I couldn't breathe.
"Oh Alan. Sweet darling Alan. What I have done with your brother is for me to know and you to find out." She explained.
"Unless, you want to kiss me now and it'll be all over?" She asked.
"Then you'll have no choice. You'll be mine forever," Delilah continued. I thought about her disgusting breath. It made me shudder.
"Kiss you?! More like kill you! No way is he going to kiss you!" Sam screamed before I had a chance to respond. I looked around, the boardwalk was deserted except for us. I could hear police sirens in the distance.
"If you kill me, you'll never get your brother back," she laughed. I felt dizzy. This had to be a dream. She looked Sam directly in the eye and made a throat cutting action. With that, she disappeared.

"Sam, I don't feel so good," I said, siting down.
"Take a deep breath, you'll be okay." He replied. About 20 seconds later, I blacked out.
