Ch. 31

I woke up and walked to the mirror, my stomach had gotten huge. I was due any day now. Me and Draco decided to wait till the baby was born to find out if it was a boy or girl.

We had chosen names for both. I thought of the girls name Rosaline Lynn Malfoy and Draco chose the boys name Scorpious Lucius Malfoy.

Yes Draco chose for his son to have his fathers name as his middle name. He felt that it was only right and that if his father was still alive he would be proud for what his son has done.

I had started Hogwarts again but once my baby bump got bigger people began to talk. Soon it was a rumor that was later known to be true. The daily prophet actually did an article on it. On the front cover one morning we saw me and Draco walking hand in hand and I had a shirt in that showed the bump. The headline read

'Pregnant?

Is Draco Malfoy's girlfriend pregnant with the next Malfoy?'

Once that happened I decided not to go to class but instead I got my lessons and work and did them in my room. I was basically home schooled but now I was done with Hogwarts. I had taken all my tests and gotten perfect grades on all of them. Many of the teachers asked for me to come back and visit once I had the baby.

I walked downstairs and started to make breakfast.

"Miss Granger should be in bed and not making breakfast"

I turn around to see sprinkle our house elf. I had moved into Malfoy manor with Draco and his mother a few months ago.

"I'm fine sprinkle"

"Master Malfoy would not be happy"

She began to help me get my breakfast ready. I sat down and began eating it. Soon Narcissa came downstairs

"Good morning dear"

"Good morning"

"How you feeling?"

"Ok just can't really walk anymore"

"I know how to feel. So any day now I will be a grandmother"

I smiled and nodded. She put her hand on my stomach and then baby kicked. That was one thing he/she always did, if someone put there hand on my stomach he/she would always kick it.

I looked at the clock and knew it would only be me and Narcissa for another hour. Draco began to work over nights so he could see me during the day and make sure I was ok. He never slept and his job drained him. He had gotten a job with Harry at the ministry. They tracked down any death eaters that had not been caught yet.

Me and Narcissa sat in the kitchen for a while until I heard the door open. I walked to the door and was Draco. He smiled. I walked up to him and kissed him

"I missed you"

"Missed you too. How you feeling?"

"Ok I guess besides I can't walk"

He chuckled and kissed my forehead

"I'm gonna go eat something and then take a nap ok"

"Sure"

I sat down in the living room with Narcissa. She got up to take a shower. But once she left I felt a cramp in my stomach. I gripped my stomach. But then suddenly I felt something

MY WATER BROKE

I tried to get up but doubled over in rain

"DRACO!!!"

I heard feet running down the stairs, he nearly fell running to me

"What is it?!"

He sounded worried

"I think my water broke"

"Oh shit! Let me get your stuff and I tell my mom"

He ran upstairs and soon came downstairs with my bag. He helped me up and quickly sent us to the hospital. We got St. Mungo's

"I'll find a doctor"

He ran off and started talking to a doctor. Soon they brought a wheel chair for me and wheeled me into a room. I was having this baby soon.

I laid on the bed in pain, now I understood what my mine meant when she said she went through a lot for me. Soon Draco's mom showed up with my mom and dad. They all smiled

"How you feeling honey?"

"Mom I understand completely what you always meant that you went through a lot for me this hurts like hell"

"Well it is your first baby so it will hurt a lot but it's so worth it"

Suddenly a contraction hit me. I grabbed my stomach in pain

"Are you ok!?"

Draco ran over to me

"I'm fine just a contraction

"Are you sure?"

"Yes calm down I'm fine"

"Sorry I'm just nervous I guess"

My dad walked up to him and led him out of the room

"Why is Draco freaking out?"

"It's his first baby it's ok your father was like that too"

"So was Lucius it's normal"

I understood, he always hated seeing me in pain and he felt responsible for it. The doctor came in

"How you feeling?"

"Pain"

"That's understandable"

She checked my temperature and blood pressure.

"You won't have to wait to log for this baby because your labor is moving fast so I'm thinking maybe an hour or two just to warn you if the contractions get worse make sure to call me in"

"Ok"

Draco and my dad came back inside. Draco looked calmer, he sat next to my bed and took my hand. He kissed me

"We'll get through this together if you feel pain you can squeeze my hand you know that right"

"Of course thank you"

I sat up a bit and kissed him. But soon the contractions got worse. We called the doctor back in and soon enough I was having my baby.
