“I want to go home already!” I yelled as I slung my arm over Sam’s shoulder as he just got off the phone with the cab company, it was going to be the first night in a long time Sam and I actually had his apartment to ourselves. I was happy to be going home, but my heart ached from still not getting in touch with Sierra. She hasn’t returned my calls, or any of my messages; and her twitter and everything was basically dead there was no way she was going to answer me at all.

“So what are you going to do when we get back?” Sam asked as we slid into the cab, I sighed and leaned my head against the window wanting to just slam my head on it.

“I don’t know, I guess I’m going to have to move on and live with her hating me.” I groaned closing my eyes shut as tight as possible as I tried not to think about it.

“You know that all kiss with Fronz was too get you mad” Sam stated as he pulled out his phone and lite up the back of the cab.

“Really? How do you know?” I snapped my head toward him as I saw a devilish smiled spread across his face.

“Krissy called Danny the other night and I overheard their conversation. Then I saw it on twitter, Fronz posted a tweet saying he was helping a friend with some well-deserved revenge”  he smirked looking up from his phone and putting it back in his pocket, only making me groan again.

“She hates me”

“Yeah well at least she didn’t have sex with some random guy in your bed” he sighed, the rest of the cab ride was kind of quiet. I stared up at the California sky as it was dark, and looked pretty stormy out tonight.

“Are we supposed to get a storm tonight?” I whipped my head to face Sam, as we pulled up to our apartment building. He glanced up at the sky as soon as clash of thunder came, and a bolt of lightning shot through the clouds. I could feel my stomach start to turn as I began to worry about Sierra; she had this terrible fear of storms, and an even worse one of the dark. By the looks of the sky it might be the worst one yet, I looked at Sam with pure fear written all over my face.

“Leave her alone tonight James, I’m sure she’s going to be just fine” He sighed as we began our walk up the stairs of Hell, because the damned fucking landlord still didn’t fix the elevator. Once we got onto the second floor, it started to rain down pretty hard and the lights flickered. The closer to the fifth floor we got, the more nervous and scared I got that Sierra might be having a panic attack alone tonight. I only prayed that she was doing something to keep her mind off the storm, also I prayed for the lights not to go out. Once we got to the fourth floor that was it for the lights, they went out and the storm got worse.

“FUCKING HELL!” I heard Sam yell as he tripped on the stairs causing me to start having a fit of laughter.

“That’s was amazing!” I cried out as I tried to control my laughing.

“Shut the fuck up” Sam said as he threw his bag at me I barely caught it but to his luck it landed on the stairs above us.

“Lucky throw” I mumbled under my breath as we continued up the stairs. We got to the fifth floor, and I turned to look at the door that led to Sierra’s hall. I saw a faint figure standing in the middle of the hall looking terrified.

“Sierra?”

“Fuck this, fuck this, fuck this!” I yelled as I stood in the middle of the hallways trying to get my flashlight to work, Jeffree ran out of the apartment when the power went out and Slenderman came onto my youtube screen. I was watching a Let’s Play on youtube again, this time they were playing the Slenderman game. It was probably the worst idea ever considering there was an ongoing storm, I gripped onto the flashlight for dear life as I tried to hit it a few times. I heard a door slam behind me causing me to jump; I turned around and saw a tall silhouette of a man. A tall man, wearing black and I couldn’t see the outlining of his face; fear struck me in the pit of my stomach. I dropped the flashlight and started to back away from the shady figure, I hid my hands inside of the sleeves of my oversized sweater as I continued to back away. The figure started to come closer to me, the shadows on the walls made it look so tall and like something was coming from its back.  I patted my thighs thinking my phone was going to be in my pockets, until realization hit me and I remembered that I wasn’t wearing pants; I was just wearing my underwear because it’s supposed to be my day to watch youtube videos and sulk over heart break.
