33. A Dark Night

It has been 8 months since Keya walked into my life. Time ran so fast Keya is now my Fiance.

Her cousins have invited me to India for the wedding so that they get to know me and also we can break the news to her parents.

Every day felt like a new one with her, every time felt like the first time. The first kiss, the first hug, the first make out, the first sex.

All was well in our life.

Keyas POV.

I completed my work and was waiting for Elijah. We had planned a dinner and movie date. I asked him to meet me near the restaurant. It was getting dark and he was running a little late.

The streets were empty I decided to move into the restaurant rather than waiting in the lonely deserted alley.

"Hey beautiful. Who are you waiting for". I heard an unfamiliar voice. I turned and found a group of drunk men standing on my way.

I didn't answer and started walking away. The guy overtook me, "its rude to walk away without answering sweetheart".

I smelt trouble. "Excuse me I am getting late, my boyfriends waiting for me".

The guy blocked my path and his gang surrounded me from all the sides. I was terrified.

"Please let me go". I begged. Elijah were are you I whispered.

"Oh what a loser to leave you alone at this place. Come baby I will give you a time of your life" and he held my hand and pulled me towards him. His friends were laughing. They all reeked of alcohol and drugs.

I tried to push him but he was too strong. I struggled."Leave me you bastard'. I yelled. He pulled me to his lips I scratched his face and gave him a slap.

He slapped me back and threw me on the ground."You bitch. I will teach you a lesson for hitting me".

"Let go of me Helpppp"!!!!! I yelled. "Somebody please help". I lay on the ground my cheek now bruised and lips bleeding due to his slap. My hands were scratched.

I was terrified of what will happen next. He stood over me and started unbuckling his jeans. I kept screaming and yelling but I could see nobody around."Elijahhhh"!!!! I yelled my screams now filling the deserted alleyway.

The guy now lay over me he tore my shirt and was trying to kiss me I pushed his face away, he slapped me held both my hands, and bit my neck and collarbone my body now bleeding in many places. His friend encouraging him in doing so."Go for it Jason".

Suddenly one of the friend gave out a yell.He fell on the ground. All the other looked around for the reason and didn't find anything.

"What happened who's it". The guy Jason stood and pulled out a gun and started pointing it in all the direction trying to figure out the source of the commotion. He ran away scared.

Then a second friend fell I could see Elijah standing behind him with his heart in his hand. Completely vamped out and in anger. Anger I had never seen Elijah in."You bastards how dare you lay a hand on her". All the other friends tried to run but Elijah vamp sped and killed everyone of them in the most brutal way possible, he was mad really really mad. When it was all silent around, he noticed me.

"Oh my god Keya" he came near me he cried and pulled me on his lap. He bit his wrist and fed me his blood. My wounds healed but I could not move at all in shock."I am so sorry I was late".

All of a sudden the guy Jason came out of the shadows and fired a gunshot directly at me."One of them was my brother Bitch."

Elijah's POV

She was waiting for me I rushed as soon as possible to the restaurant.

When I reached the restaurant she was not there. I pulled out my phone to dial her number.

Suddenly I heard a girl yell "Helpppp. Somebody helppp"..I rushed towards the source of the voice, then I heard the familiar painful scream "Elijahhhh". My heart skipped a beat. Keyaaa!!! it was her I reached an empty alleyway and couldn't believe what I saw, a guy was hovering over her, her clothes ripped open, he was kissing her while she was struggling in pain. I was filled with rage when I realised what was happening. I sped and ripped out the heart of one of the guys who was cheering for that pshyco. Everybody stood still, I did the same with the other guys. It was like the animal inside me had taken over I killed each and every one of them in the most brutal way. I regained my composure when I saw Keya lying on the ground.

I ran to her and fed her my blood her wounds healed immediately, she was in shock and gave a loud cry. Just then the guy who tried to molest her fired a gunshot and it hit her.

Then the guy gave out a yell and fell to the ground. Marcel stood behind with Gia, a heart in his hand. Gia came running toward us. Keya lay in my arms the bullet hit her right to the temple and she was gone instantly, no words nothing she was just gone. Dead!!!!!

I cried holding her lifeless body in my arms, Gia fell on her body and cried "diii nooo you can't go'. She tried feeding her blood but she was dead.

"Don't worry Gia she has died with my blood in her system. She will be back". I said.
