Imani's Pov

''I'm confused" I said leaning back in my chair, twirling in circles. "Sit still and maybe you won't be so confused" I don't even know the boss's name but I _do_ see why everybody is scared of him. He continued to talk and I paid more attention. "ok lets go through this part again. You call the police after you set him up. Make him mad enough to kill you-"

"*Pause*! Whoa dere, Where is this going because last time I checked, he really _can_ kill me!"

"I'll be there and Ronald too" He said.

I shook my head and slapped my forehead in frustration. "You can't be there at the same time as the police. You are *wanted* that would mess up the plan if you get arrested and Ronald would get killed....No"

"Then I guess we need a new plan"

"....I guess we do" This just makes the wait longer.

Setting: School

Time: 2:30

Chreanto's Pov

I looked around for Juanita quickly because Imani told me this morning about Hakiem picking up Janai. I swear to beans if I see him....

"Heeey Daddy" Juanita said jumping on me.

"Oh hey. Where's Janai?"

"Right huurrrrr" Imani said from behind me.

"I thought-"

"Drunk..hangover...crazy. I don't even wanna talk about my morning"

"Does he know where you were?"

"Uhh about that...there's something I should probably tell you. Mind taking a ride with me?" She said with a slight smile.

"Fine, where's your car?"

She started running (which was funny to watch with her stripper heels on) with Janai in her arms. She took us to a deep purple Mercedes Benz.

"Well dang. How many cars do you have?"

"7 for now. Ronald's getting me another one in a week" she covered her mouth after she said that then shut up and put Janai in her car seat. I did the same with Juanita and started asking questions.

"Who's Ronald?" I asked as she started the car.

"Works for Hakiem." She said like it was a routine. She pulled out her I Phone 8 and started texting.

"d_mn child are you sure you want to leave him?" _did I really just say that?_

She sighed and ignored me then pulled out the Parking lot. Juanita and I looked at her crazy because the way she drives is...fast. "Slow down please" Juanita said from the back seat.

Imani smiled and slowed down.

Almost 30 mins later Janai woke up whining. "Mommy where are we going?"

"Janai sit back and be quiet" Imani said.

"But I'm hungry as a mother f*ckaaa"

Imani stepped on the breaks right in the middle of traffic, took off her seat belt off and got out the car. She opened Janai's door and fussed her out while the rest of the cars beeped at us.

"Now if I pull over your a** is grass ok?" She finished and got back in the car.

"Can You tell me where we're going. It looks we're going to like, Uncle Craig's house" she better not mean Craig Crippen. I looked out the window and sure nuff we were going that way.
