Tessa, Jerry, Kel, and Jim all sat on the back porch of Ryan's house helping the Taylor's decide whether or not to home school Carrie. Tessa wanted to keep Carrie away from public school but Jim really wanted her to experience real life.

"Well what about sending her to the same school Ryan does it's better than the others and she'll have a new friend there to look out for her. Plus Ryan has some other friends that I'm sure would welcome her right on in." Jim said to support Jerry's view.

"Mhmmm.... I'm not sure how I feel about it still." Tessa reaffirmed.

"Let's see what Carrie has to say. Carrie! Ryan! Come here!" Jim and Jerry yelled

Hearing the quickness of small footsteps race down the stairs and through the living room, Tessa shot Jerry and Jim a look of pure evil. And Kel sat back trying not to show Tessa she was laughing.

"Carrie come here darling." Jerry said as he picked up Carrie and put her on his lap. "How would you look like to go to school with Ryan and some of his friends?"

"Yes!!!! Thank you daddy! Thank you momma!" Carrie exclaimed giving both her mom and dad a big kiss.

"You're welcome sweetie. Ryan you better watch out for her. If anything happens it's on you boy." Tessa said holding her hand out to Ryan.

Ryan gave her a high five and busted out laughing. Him and Carrie both laughing so hard it became contagious and the whole house seemed to be filled with laughter... happy times... happy times.

"Yes ma'am. She's like a sister now. We look out for each other here in Guntersville." Ryan expressed to Tessa. "Don't worry Mrs. Taylor I'll look out for her."

Then the quickness of small footsteps started again as they took off for the game room.

"Last one there is a rotten egg!" Carrie screamed as she took off to get a head start.

"Then I guess you're a rotten egg" Ryan screamed back as his football skills kicked in and passes Carrie going up the stairs.
