Found Her Next Door

Chapter 11

After a big win like this it's nice to visit home, so that day the four of them take a trip back home. Scott and Rae are now engaged and are getting married after football season is over. Ryan knew Carrie was a little jealous but today she was not going to be anymore, they decided to drive home because Ryan wanted to propose in the place where the first meet.

They pulled up to the house and waiting outside was all of their parents. They each ran up to them and greeted them with open arms and lots of love. They were also in on the plan Ryan concocted, they switched parents so everybody could hug everybody. Every person handed Carrie a flower and said good wishes, confused she turned to Ryan who was between the two houses. She has a flashback and remembers when they first meet and saw that boy standing I n front of her. She started to become teary...

"Carrie Rose Taylor, you are the love of my life. This place holds are whole lives, and this spot is where I met the love of my life. And now in this spot that beautiful blonde hair blue eyed girl is standing right in front of me. And I want to ask her something very important. I've gotten permission from your parents; do you want me to ask you my question? Ryan said nervous and teary as he goes down on one knee.

"Yes, my beautiful dirty blonde blue eyed boy that I love, please go on." Carrie said already crying trying to catch her breath.

"Well my princess would you make me the happiest in the land and let me be your future husband?"

"Of course!" Crying hysterically Carrie says as Ryan slips the ring of her finger.

They join in a kiss then a big hug where Carrie continues to cry. She turns to her mom and dad, she runs to them and gives them big hugs. She does the same with Ryan's parents then screams in excitement with Rae.

Everybody piles back in the car to head back towards the college for a party at one of the players lake house. Both set of parents join them in a separate car so they could be there for the big game. But they also thought a week off was well needed anyways. Ryan and Carrie sit in the car a couple minutes before going into the party.

"Carrie you're my forever and nothing will ever change that. And if I couldn't have you then I wouldn't want anyone else.

"Good, because if we didn't have a kid and something bad happened to one of us then the one that's left will adopt a kid that looks like us and both of us would still be the parents." Carrie said with a laugh "I love you Ryan, forever and always."
