"Wow!" I take a step back to admire our work.

"It's so pretty!" I beam at the bright room in front of me. Yesterday this was just a plain old room, now it is a flash pink wonderland!

I love it.

I suddenly fling myself at Robbie and hug him, this was all his idea!

He gasps at my affection but hugs me back awkwardly. I don't need to see his face to tell he is blushing.

I break away and dive onto my new bed then start jumping on it.

"Best day ever"

I yell with my arms up.

"Woah, careful you don't want to ruin your bed" He warns,

I jump off and say

"It's getting kinda late, I think you should go home. But thanks soo much you are amazing!"

He smiles and nods "Catcha later"

"Byee" I call out as he shuts the door.

I just sit on my bed smiling hugging my heart pillow for a few minutes like a dork when I hear the door bell"

"Ding dong, I wander who that could be, maybe Robbie left something behind?"

I get up after talking to myself and answer it.

"Jade? What are you..."

She invites herself in and walks to my bedroom.

"I'm staying here tonight."

She sits down on my bed and chucks her bag at the ground.

"Umm.. Okay"

Kicking off her shoes she lies down on my bed.

"You can sleep on that sofa bed you were telling me about yesterday."

"Kk" I leave still thinking, oh yea, and don't ask why I was talking about my sofa. I have no idea.

After setting up the sofa bed in the living room/ entrance room (seeing as this is an apartment). I head back to grab a pair of pyjamas from my room. I walk in and see books lying everywhere,

"What on earth??" I gasp

Jade swings around and drops the book she was looking at.

"I... I saw a mouse hide. In your bookshelf, I was trying to catch it"
She fibs confidently.

"Ah! A mouse?" I jump onto my bed in panic.

"It's ironic how a girl called cat is afraid of mice." Jade teases.

I run out of the room silently and Jade smirks then continues searching.

1 am

My clock says. I crawl out of my blankets on the couch and look around. What woke me up?

I remember Jade is at my house and then remember the mouse.

"Ahhhhhh!!!" "Ahh!" I jump up and down screaming.

Nona sleeps through anything but Jade rushes out in her pyjamas swinging some shiny scissors.

She sees its just me and says with a raised eyebrow
"Cat? Why are you screaming?"

"Ah! I woke up and i don't know why and what if the mouse crawled on me?!" I blurt out gasping for air.

Jade laughs remembering her lie and looks up.

"What's funny?"

"Oh, umm just your fear of mice"

"Hmph" I fold my arms grumpily.

"Just go back to sleep" she says retreating back to my bedroom.

"Kk" I whisper and crawl back to bed staring at the ceiling. I spend the rest of the night thinking.

Why was jade looking at me funny the other day in class?

How will the Winx be handling things without me?

How is Helia?

These and a million other random questions flood my head as my eyes droop and I finally drift off.

Quick chapter, I'm so sorry for the wait! It is a weak chapter cause I haven't written for ages, but I hope to update soon again!
