Howl: Hey guys, Markle has a great idea about what to do while we are waiting for a letter
Lynn: What?
Howl: Tell them Markle
Markle: We should decorate a Christmas tree!
Haku: But we don't have a Christmas tree
Howl: We do now, Markle and I just went to pick one out
Sophie: Oh so that's what you boys were up to
(Sophie gives Howl a kiss on the lips and Markle a kiss on the cheek)
Markle: Ewwww Sophie!
(He wipes his cheek with his sleeve)
Haku, Hashitaka, Howl, and Markle put up the tree while Lynn, Sophie, Chihiro, and a reluctant Mononoke went to get the ornaments
Once everyone is ready everyone starts to pull out their favorite ornaments
Chihiro pulls out a little sootball
Haku pulls out a water droplet
Lynn pulls out a newt
Mononoke pulls out a wolf
Hashitaka pulls out a kodama
Sophie pulls out a hat
Howl pulls out a star
And Markle pulls out a magic wand
Everyone puts up their ornaments and then Howl turns on the lights, everyone backs up to admire it and of course Sophie starts to cry
Calcifer: Of for goodness sake lady! Is there anything that you don't cry about! I swear I could smile at her and she would cry
Mononoke: Ya I have to agree with the fire you need to pull it together woman
Howl: Aww I think it's cute
(Howl gives Sophie a kiss on the lips)
Lynn: Well before I loose my lunch I'm gunna go get some hot coco and some eggnog, just let me know when the love birds are finished
Mononoke: I'll come with you I wanted to get some Christmas cookies anyway
