Everytime you miss me, everytime you feel small, everytime life gets too much to carry or everytime you just can't seem to stop your fall get up from wherever you are and look yourself hard in the mirror, look at that frown and sad mournful eyes, look at that face that seems to be dead inside once you've had a hard and long look, look at your feet. You see that small but distinct shadow? Lift your foot and see it moving with you, walk around the room and see it going nowhere except right behind you. Now jump up and down watching it do the same. Now fall down and watch it catch you... Get back up again and walk to that same mirror. Give that silly and crazy shadow one last look, look back at the mirror, watch that mournful frown and eyes turn to a smile as I tell you I am your shadow. No matter what you do, I will do too, no matter where you go I will follow, no matter how crazy you seem I'll be right there and no matter how hard you fall I will always be there to catch you.
