Chapter 4

-----------------

"Chresanto..." I whispered unsure about how he was feeling towards me.

Out of Craig's friends, I used to be the closest with Chresanto. We just clicked and I thought I could trust him but obviously that was my illusion as he's also in that gang. Chresanto tried to contact me a lot of times after that thing happened but I ignored it since I was very distraught.

He looked at me dead in the eyes with a blank expression.

I forgot that he was holding a gun against my forehead until he shuffled it in his hands a bit more.

He spoke, his voice was very deep but smooth at the same time.

"I'll take this gun away but if you scream, I'll shoot, do I make myself clear?"

His words gave me goose bumps, I merely nodded as he lowered his gun down.

"Its been a while since I've seen you..." He said trying to make the situation between us less awkward.

"M-Me too." I managed to get out.

We both didn't say anything, the tension in the car drove me insane. I managed to start a conversation again.

"Y-You look different..." I said with a straight face which was nearly forming into a faint smile.

"So do you Asia" He said confidently while flashing me one of them million dollar smiles.

"Where are y'all taking me?" I whispered sounding scared but curious at the same time.

"I can't say, so Asia what's been happening?" Chresanto said swiftly, trying to change the subject.

"Why are you in a gang?" I replied in a very fast manor. Why should I answer his question when he's avoiding mine.

"Do you still dance?" Chresanto said, I can tell that he was getting a bit annoyed by the way he was speaking.

"Do you have a girlfriend?" I replied with a smirk.

He gave me a soft smile before avoiding my question AGAIN.

"Why did you lie about having a boyfriend?" Chresanto said, his words were indulged with pure curiosity.

I was about to change the subject again before we made eye contact and both broke out in smiles.

"I really missed you Asia." Chresanto said as he contained himself.

"I guess I missed you too Chres." I muttered softly.

He smiled at the nick name I gave to him from when we first met.

"Nothing will happen to you, don't worry." Chresanto whispered.

I didn't even notice that tears began to fall from my eyes until a flash of concern projected on his face.

"I-Im scared. I want to go home. I-I don't want to be here I-"

I couldn't finish my sentence as I fell into the bitter pit of darkness once again.

I opened my eyes slowly and blinked a couple of times trying to remember what happened also trying to get rid of the severe headache I was experiencing.

I looked around to see that I was in a room; the room was fairly big. I was on a medium sized bed, I lifted the blanket that was covering me to see that I wasn't wearing the clothes that I was wearing before.

I stood up to examine what I was wearing which was a baggy lilac t-shirt with baggy sweat pants. It wasn't the best outfit but it was do-able.

I wonder who dressed me...
