I had crawled into a corner, trying to stay as far away as I could from Erin. I had finally calmed down and we didn't speak to each other again. I rocked back and forth staring at the pearly white floor. I wondered if them putting us in these cells was a form of torture. Making you slowly losing your sanity without you realizing it. I swear that
had already started for me. And the only thing they'd let us do beside this was to test. Just sit and wait for some excitement to occur. Something. Please, let something happen.

The doors swung open causing me to jump a bit. My cuffs instantly clicked together them not even at my door yet. They stopped by my door and pushed the button. Same routine. Same thing. Please let something else happen. I didn't move for a second intently watching them.

"Come on Lucy, we don't have all day." One guard said who I then realized was a girl. I can't remember if I'd ever seen a girl guard before. She had blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail and was quite tall. I guess that's something new. I got to my feet quickly, wanting to get out of this cell no matter what. I didn't care anymore. I watched as they quickly got Kitsune out of her cell and dragged her next to me.

They took us down a different hall I'd never seen before. I glanced into several rooms which I caught glimpses of things like maps, hospital bed like things, tables with chemicals it looked like, scientists at work, and lots of other wonderful happy things. They took us up a flight of stairs which I had never noticed before. You can tell there's multiple stories from outside, but I'd never seen the second floor before.

As we came upstairs we seemed to open up to what looked like a lounge. It was no longer a smooth white or black floor but instead a light colored hardwood floor. There were a couple black sofas and chairs but no one was sitting on them. In the center of it was a small glass coffee table with a light green carpet underneath it. On the left wall there was a table with a coffee maker, a microwave, and a small fridge. On the walls were picture frames and for once a few windows, but with bars on the inside of them. Of course. Outside I could tell it was around sunrise, seeing the sky was a mix of light blues and oranges.

We were taken down yet another hall with many doors along the sides. I could see words put up along the sides of the doors, with various last names of people that I wished were in prison. A guard branched off from us and grabbed Kitsune's arm as she turned towards a door. I watched them enter a room and the door closing behind them. The blonde girl guard pulled me into a different rooming. Inside was a wooden office desk with a Labbie sitting at it in a big wheelie chair. The Labbie was a man with short blonde hair and glasses. The floor was the same hardwood floor like in that lounge area. An empty metal chair was in front of his desk. He gestured his hand for me to sit down. I sighed and walked over. Behind him were many bookshelves and file cabinets. Probably filled with  plans on how to turn kids into freaks.

"Hello, Lucy is it? How are you feeling?" he asked smiling. I couldn't help but laugh, was he kidding? "Are you kidding? I feel great! Sitting in a glass cage for several hours, fighting things to the death, going physco and turning into a monster? Man, I couldn't be better!" His smile disappeared.

"We do apologize about the vaccination malfunction Lucy. That didn't go quite as we had planned. That aside," he said clearing his throat, "I have been asked to ask you some questions." He pulled out a clipboard from his desk and I watched as his eyes skimmed over the paper quickly.

"Now first thing Lucy, how would you rank yourself as a fighter?" He asked not taking his eyes off his clipboard. What was this a job interview? "From zero to ten."

"Why the heck do you wanna know this?" I asked.

"I'm not the one who wrote these questions Lucy, I'm just required to ask them to you. And you do realize your still cuffed and we have a guard in the room so I don't think you should be testing us." He said looking annoyed.

I chuckled and smirked at him. "My fighting skill I'd say is good enough to kick your ass right through the wall." He narrowed his eyes at me. "What, I answered your question." I said smiling at him. "Lucy if your not going to cooperate were going to take you back to your cell with no dinner." He said getting to his. I laughed out loud, "What are you doing put me in some sort of time out?"

Suddenly I hear an alarm go off and I hear yelling out in the hall. The guard looks toward the door distracted by the commotion. I get to my feet and race over to her. She turns to me with a shocked look on her face. I roar and chomp down on her arm hard, feeling my sharp teeth bite through her sleeve. She screams and tries reaching for something on her belt. I let go and sweep my leg under her feet quickly. She trips and falls to the floor. I stand up straight and quickly kick her multiple times. I turn to the scientist who's cowering in the corner of the room. I spit in his direction in disgust. Coward.

I kick her again and lean down and awkwardly search through her pockets, with my hands cuffed together. I find something that feels like a remote and pull it out. Yes! I click a button on it and my cuffs fall apart. I throw it on the floor and stomp hard on it causing bits of it to scatter across the floor. I turn back, glare at the Labbie, and quickly leave the room.

I suddenly hear my cuffs make a hissing noise. I look down and watch them open up and fall to the floor. My wrists were slightly red where they were. I look around and flashing red lights on the ceiling wailing and echoing throughout the halls. I hear barks from below me, Kitsune without a doubt. I turn around and begin running towards the stairs almost tripping from running so fast. I make it to the lower level and spot two guards running to my right. One turns and spots me shouting to the other guy. I growl and begin charging morphing in seconds. I chomp down hard on the first guards leg, shaking it hard. He screams falling to the floor. I run over him and tackle the other guard slashing his chest. I look and see I had cut right through his shirt and his skin. Blood started to pour out and got away from him in disgust.

I continued to run through the halls trying to ignore Kitsunes faint barking, shouts of guards, feet running through the halls, and the wail of the alarm. I spot the double doors to the cell room and take a sharp turn. I ram my head into the doors flying right through. I skid across the floor and try to keep a grip with my claws. I spot Erin's cell and instantly get to my feet morphing back to normal. I slam my hand on the button hearing the door slide open.

"Move now!" I shout at her. She scrambles out and I push the button again, the door closing behind her. "You up for some running?" I ask her. She nods. Suddenly the doors swing open with only a single guard. He looks at me scared. I growl at him showing off my teeth. He reaches for his belt and start to walk towards him furious. He suddenly pulls out not a Tazer, but a handgun. I back away a bit surprised a guard actually made this move.

"Don't move!" He shouts. He aims the gun right at me. I ignore him knowing he wouldn't shoot one of us. We were too valuable to them. I start to run at him ready to kill him. A loud bang goes off. I fall to the floor looking up at the ceiling dazed. I scream gripping my shoulder. I look at my hand, shaking. It was completely covered in blood. He shot me.
