BICYCLE: IWAIZUMI HAJIME
***
"Hajime-kun!" I shouted as I chased him while he rode his bike. "Wait up! My chest hurts and the cold is getting to me!" I huffed and panted as I halted to a stop making him stop too. I heard him maneuver his bike towards me as I looked up only to stand corrected by the fact that he was maneuvering the bicycle away.
Grumbling, I chased him then pounded on him from behind, him screaming from the pain I caused. "Ah! (F/N), that hurt!" He twisted his shoulders a bit to get rid of the pain before sighing. "Come on, then! Let's go before it gets too cold."
I nodded happily as I walked on the opposite side of him. Pulling my scarf closer to me, I puffed a breath to warm my hands since I was quiet sensitive to the cold weather. Growing up in a tropical country then suddenly moving to Japan was a huge blow for me since I had to adjust to the weather conditions immediately.
"You okay, (F/N)?" Iwaizumi's voice rang in my ears as I tried to warm myself up. I looked at him and saw his ears and cheeks tinged with pink making me giggle. "Yes, Hajime-kun. I'm fine. Oh! By the way!" I suddenly remembered the thing he promised me.
"What is it?"
"Teach me how to ride the bike!" I asked determinedly. He scrunched his nose up then flicked my nose making me wince.
"You do know that I have a busy schedule, right?" he asked me with a sarcastic smile making me pout. "But, Hajime-kun, you promised!" I whined. I knew that he was irritated with my whining-which was fun to do-and he always gives up every time I whine. To make things worse, I would sometimes ask Oikawa to join me in order for us to annoy the hell out of him earning us a bump on the head each.
Iwaizumi sighed knowing that he wouldn't hear the end of me unless I agreed to do what he wanted. He grumbled before finally saying, "Fine. Let's start tomorrow, okay? At the abandoned park near your house," he told me making me jump up and hug the guy, him trying to balance himself and the bicycle as I did so.
"Yay! Thank you, Hajime-kun!" I exclaimed making him pat my head awkwardly. He gulped and sighed before meekly replying.
"No problem, (F/N)."

"Hajime-kun, I'm here!"
I ran towards him as he stood. He sported a white jacket paired with white pants lined with blue on the sides. I sported the same thing but mine only had the color black lined with mint green on the side.
"Ready to learn, (F/N)?" he asked me as he stretched. I stood straight before giving him a salute. "Yessir! I am ready!" I exclaimed. He then prepared his bicycle and placed it in front of the tree.
"Now, take a seat." He patted the seat on the bicycle in which I happily obliged. He taught me how to grip on the handlebars properly and which brake is for which part of the bicycle.
"Now we're done with that, it's time we moved to the basics: balancing," he lectured as I kept my balance on the bike with both my feet on the ground. "Balancing is the key to riding a bicycle. Without balance, you'll fall over and over again," he told me making me nod my head.
"Okay! So, how do we do this, Hajime-kun?" I asked as he went over to me. He gripped on one of the handlebars along with my hand then gripped the underneath of the seat tightly.
"Put your feet on the pedals now, (F/N)," he told me as I obliged. I wobbled for a bit and yelped as Iwaizumi held onto the bicycle tighter. I put one foot down to regain my balance. I looked at him sheepishly making him sigh once again.
"We've got a long way to go, (F/N)."

"You got it, (F/N)! You---" He was immediately cut short when I fell on his bicycle for the fifth time this day. If was already the third day of me learning how to ride the bike and I wasn't getting any better. I sighed and sat on the ground and placed a hand in my chin the grumbled.
Iwaizumi went over to me and sat down in front of me. He leaned forward a bit then pinched my cheeks making me yelp in pain. "O-Ow! Hajime-kun, it hurts!" I pried his hands away from my face then turned away and mumbled.
"I'm never going to get the hand of this, Hajime-kun."
He sighed then cupped both hands on my face as he turned my head to face him. "Don't think so, (F/N). Remember when you teased me and Oikawa about not getting the hang of volleyball?"
"Yeah, why?"
"No, lemme ask you," he began and leaned forward. "Why, in the end, did we get the hang of it?"
The answer was obvious. "Because you didn't give up, right?" I mumbled making him nod and pat my head.
"Exactly. Now, if you give up now, would you get the hang of it?"
I shook my head. "No," I told him. He stood and held out a hand for me to take into which I obliged. His face was tinged with pink again as he patted my head for the second time today.
"Good. Now let's get back to practice, okay?"

"H-Hajime-kun! I'm doing it!" I screamed as I cycled towards the old monkey bars and back to where Iwaizumi is. He beamed at me and clapped as I stopped in front of him.
"Thank you so so so much, Hajime-kun!" I exclaimed. He fished out his phone and held it up at the right height to take a photo of me.
"Smile for me, (F/N)," he told me while blushing a bit into which I happily obliged. I held out me hands in a peace sign while smiling cheekily as I posed for the photo.
Snap!
He immediately placed his phone back in his pocket then sighed in relief. I got out of the bicycle and walked over to him with a smile. I hugged him then buried my head on his chest and cuddled on it.
"Thanks again, Hajime-kun. Now, we can ride our bikes together, right?" I asked him and looked up at him with a small smile as I saw him beet red at my sudden gesture. I tilted my head as he leaned down and placed a light kiss on my forehead and hugged me again.
"Yeah. Now we can enjoy riding our bicycles, right?" he asked me quietly making me giggle lightly.
"Yeah! You betcha, Hajime-kun!"
Enjoy riding our bicycles while enjoying on making memories? Now that's a package I'd want everyday!
