"So, you'll be coming over tomorrow?" I asked the boy in front for then pushed my glasses up.

"Uh, yeah! I will," he said smiling at me. I beamed at him then gave him a peck on the cheek then giggled before replying.

"You're such a cute one, Asahi! I'll be waiting for you then!"

I grumbled at the memory as I studied the cookbook. Scrutinizing ingredients wasn't my cup of tea especially if the ingredients were for baking pastries. I wasn't a fan of pastries but to give liberty to the gentle giant of Karasuno, I had to bake something to represent him making me think of muffins: bulky on the outside but sweet and delicious on the inside.

I grumbled for the umpteenth time then pushed my eyeglasses up the bridge my nose then listed the ingredients down. I smiled in relief as I finally got what I wanted then started on the muffins.

I groaned in frustration as I failed for the fifth time today and saw that the time of Azumane's arrival was neared. I panicked then started to gather back the ingredients when---

Ding! Dong!

Fuck, I'm so dead.

I ran up the door and peeked through the eyehole and saw him already there wearing casual clothes and a box on his hand. I gulped then opened the door for him and smiled nervously, my glasses slipping to the side a bit.

"Hello, (F/N)--- Wait, why are you a mess?" he asked me nervously as he entered the house. He scrutinized me for a bit then looked at me worriedly. Are you hurt or something? Do you need anything?" he asked me, his voice full of concern.

I shook my head. "I'm fine, it's just that... I wasn't able to make the food we would eat," I mumbled while looking down on the floor, my hands instinctively fumbling on my fingers as I did so. I heard him sigh and pat my head making me look up at him. He chuckled then pushed my glasses up for me before kissing my forehead.

"Why don't you show me what you're making. Maybe I can help!"

I clapped my hands together as Azumane and I finished baking the muffins. I excitedly took them out the oven then placed them on the table.

"Finally done!" I exclaimed in delight then raised my hands up in the air making my boyfriend laugh. I stopped and turned to him, my face heating up and I could feel the hairs of my back standing up.

"W-Was that weird?" I asked him cautiously making him shake his head no. "I actually think it's pretty cute," he told me. I sighed in relief them fished out my phone and held it up.

"Asahi, go smile for the camera while holding your muffins!" I told him making him flush red. "B-But (F/N)-chan... Let's do it together!"

"No! Only you since you helped out on it the most!" I told him as I ushered him to the muffins. I took the now cooled down tray and placed it on his hands.

"Now say 'muffins'!" I exclaimed. He smiled bashfully before saying 'Muffins!' at the camera.

Snap!

I held the phone down and looked at the picture. I smiled then turned to him then gave him a bear hug. "You're so cute like a muffin, Asahi," I told him.

He chuckled nervously then patted my back. "You're cuter, (F/N)-chan. Now let's go eat these muffins, yeah?"

I looked up at him then pushed my eyeglasses up before giving him a wide grin. "Sure thing, Asahi!"

EXTENDED ENDING:

"Whoa!!! Asahi-san, you never told us you bake pastries!!!" Nishinoya exclaimed making me giggle as he looked at my phone, a quarter of my gallery filled with Azumane baking pastries like cakes and cupcakes and most of all, muffins.

"W-What?! (F/N)-chan! You promised not to tell!" he exclaimed while his face held different shades of red. I giggled then called everyone's attention.

"Hey! Everyone! Come see Asahi bake pastries for me! I have evidence!" I called out.

"(F/N)-chan! Stop it!"
