A/N: Okay guys this is my first story and I am honestly very excited to begin! In this story their will be cursing but that's mainly it. I wanted to write a cute type of romance story with a tad bit of drama and humor intertwined. I also wanted it to take place in high school when you will be transitioning into college. I hope you enjoy it! :)
Prologue:
Lyla Parker and Harry Styles used to be best friends. They would do everything together. They would bake, cook, clean, race, read, play hide-and-go-seek, and even take the blame for the others fault. They would be that pair in Reading Class snickering in the back while passing notes. Lyla noticed a change in Harry from when they were around 14. He started slacking in school, barely passing 8th grade with a C+. Harrys mum, Anne, enrolled him in football camp so he wouldn't be spending the summer cooped up at home, doing absolutely nothing. Harry returned home a week from when school starts. He was ecstatic and proud from all the cool tricks he learned from camp. He couldn't help but vent his enthusiasm to Lyla. Lyla just smiled and nodded at the appropriate moments feeling extremely joyful for her best friend. Lyla was slightly worried of Harry's decision to join the football team, but she covered it by giving Harry a hug and praising him for his courageous thoughts. But she couldn't help but have the nagging feeling of Harry being more dedicated to football then their friendship. But Harrys dimples and curls filled her doubts with a sense of assuredness. She knew he would stay loyal to their beautiful friendship. Little did she know what would happen next....................
