Not just for the trust I need to give
But for the hurt it will bring.
I'm scared of loss
Not just for the pain of losing you
But for the loneliness that follows.
I'm scared,
Not just because I don't know
What to do without you,
But because I don't know what I am
If you're not part of me.
I'm scared
Because I feel like you're pulling away
But I also feel like I'm forcing you to.
I'm scared of you going
Not just because it will crippling
But because I'm afraid of what I'll do to myself while you're gone.
