{Fionna's POV}
"Ah, Marshall!" I screamed. I was at least 50 feet above the ground.
"I can see you like the tee I gave you." He smirked. I knew he looked at my shirt before he picked me up. I wasn't very scared, now. I kinda got used to Marshall playing around.
"Hey can I come up?" I asked. He smiled. Then, he lifted me up and placed me on his back. We were flying in silence for a while. Not awkward silence, but thinking silence. When finally, he cracked.
"Hey Fionna?" He asked.
"Oh wow Marshall. Finally, you talk!" I said in laughter.
"No, Fionna. This is serious. I have a question." I then got serious. I wonder what he was going to ask me.
"Okay. Lay it on me." I said. He landed on a hill. His hair was blowing in the wind. We were surrounded by forest trees. His eyes got all gloomy. His facial expression was blank. It was cute. I got a chill down my spine. He pushed my bangs out of my face. I could tell I was blushing a lot cause of this. He looked right into my eyes.
"Fiona, I was wondering... if maybe you wanted to" he looked away, inhaling, and closing his eyes. He then opened them.
"What Marshall?" I asked.
"GO ADVENTURING WITH ME???" He said floating and holding my hands. Ugh! I hate when he does this! I slapped him.
"Marshall!!!" He grinned.
"Well, do you?" He asked with his hair blowing, perfectly.
"Of course. But you have to swear not to freak me out like that, again!" I said, while punching his shoulder.
{Marshall's POV}
"Of course. But you have to swear not to freak me out like that, again!" She said. She punched me in the shoulder. I half-smiled.
"We'll see" I said. Knowing I'd do it again. She crossed her arms. I just rolled my eyes and gave her a piggyback ride. She smiled, which made me feel good.
I saw a burning village. Perfect. I floated down to see Fire King blasting fire balls. "Ready to kick some fire butt?" She nodded and we charged. Knowing she had a forever flame shield on her, I let her go first. She kicked him in his metal clothing. I then saved the children first. Knowing she'd love that. I set them in the front of the village. I came back to the middle of the village, where all the drama was going on. I came and saw Fionna shaking her fist at fleeing Fire King.
We put out the fire by getting buckets of water from the river nearby and draining down the fire. We had some help by some of the villagers. By the time we were done, it was sunrise.
{Fionna'a POV}
We were finally finished. Then, Marshall floated over giving me a high-five. I smiled. It was time for me to go back to my friend/sister, Cake. Although, I had a lot of fun with Marshall, I knew I had to go back to Cake.
"Hey Marshall! I need to go, sorry!" I yelled at Marshall who was helping one of the ladies out of her house. How sweet :). He floated over to me.
"Aww, really?" He said in a whiny voice.
"Sorry Marshall, maybe later. But I have to get back to Cake. After all, friends come first." I said. Smiling.
