Chapter 25:Alex

I was sitting in my room I might as well find my necklace now. This is gonna be tons of fun considering it's like 11 at night. 'you show your emotions so boldly' He said sarcastically I ignored him just like I should have the first time. There isn't much that I don't ignore anymore. As I passed people in the kitchen they looked at me weird. What's wrong with going outside in the middle of the night. The cold wind hit my face as I stepped outside. Somehow it felt like home. How is it cold out? This is LA. California? Whatever I just gotta find my necklace before I need it. I walked into the woods. I was walking pretty slow. There is no way I'm gonna find it out here. I turn my phone flash light on. I was right below the tree I threw it from.I shined my flashlight around. It wasn't helping. I turned it off. I stood at the tree. I turned toward another tree I threw it this way.I looked around on the ground. I'd completely searched at least 50 feet and used up hours it was at least 4 in the morning now. I sat down at the base of the tree i threw it from. I tried to look up at the stars and moon but there was just some dead tree branches blocking view.I sighed I wanna look at the stars and see if I can find Aries It is still in that zone right? I checked the calender of my phone April 16 yeah. I wrapped my hand around one of the branches of the tree in front of me. I climbed it pretty fast considering I can't see 2 feet in front of me. As I was climbing I kept my eyes on the sky. I know I'm only a couple branches away. 'what are you trying to do idiot?' He said I ignored him. I climbed higher until I was at the top. I looked up at the stars. It wasn't long before I found Ursa Major. That's not what I'm looking for though I looked around some more. I can't freaking find it! I can't find much of anything today other than a dumb bear constellation that honestly looks more like a weasel. I kept looking. I looked directly above my head instantly what went through my head was 'found you ya little bastard' I took a quick picture with my phone and I was about to climb down but a bat decided to fly into my face. I lost all grip of the branch I was holding onto. I started to plunge into the blackness of the night. I broke through a couple branches and hit the ground with a loud thud. That was the last thing I remembered from the night before. When I woke up it was because a bird was literally perched on my nose. How, and why? My head hurts, I need to get back to Virgo's. What was I out here for last night. I stopped. Crap I just remembered what happened last time I was gone all night. I got screamed at for two days straight and Cappy disappeared. Oh crap. I tried to think of somehow avoiding going back. They did kinda kidnap me and this is kinda the perfect moment to escape but it's been so long. I don't have anywhere to go. I shuffled my feet maybe, I could...I don't even know what I could do the only thing I can hear is my pulse echoing in my head. I began to walk toward the house. I need to put some ice on my head. I felt a little bit of weight on my neck.What? I looked down and right there out of nowhere was my necklace I don't remember finding that. Wonder how it got there. I got to the back door and braced myself before I opened it. I tried to just slip in without being noticed. I came in and all I heard was

"Callie no monsters took Spencer!" I heard Gabe's voice.

"Yes they did! I know they did!" She ran upstairs. I stood there awkwardly for a second

"What just happened?" I asked

"Callie was freaking out because she thinks Spencer was kidnapped by some monsters." I ran my fingers through my hair

"Why would she think that?" He shrugged

"I honestly don't have any idea" I ran my fingers through my hair again this time I felt something sticky in it. Did I fall into a pile of sap. I don't remember falling into sap. I don't really remember a whole lot from after I fell.
