A/N- here's to @coltondixonmessenger for the name Kaia in here. Soo sorry for what's coming.

Moriah's POV
We had found out genders for the twins about a month ago, and with Amber's help, we had come up with names. One, Kaia Lane, and two, Katie Joy. Yes, both girls. We had decided on Katie, since it was Katelyn's nickname. We had another appointment today, and I was getting close, to their due date. I was seven months along, so they'd come soon. With twins, they normally come at about thirty- something weeks. I don't know. Amber had her next surgery in ten days, and so far, no complications. Amber was happy, since she could go on tour with us. She and Luke had grown closer, and they didn't have the same connection that she had with us, but it was a unique connection. I was there with Amber today, since Joel was finishing things up for the tour. We got there, and just then, the girls decided to come. A month early, too. Amber had her learners permit, so the doctor said he'd meet us at the hospital. We switched seats, and Amber called Joel.

"Hey, dad. You about done? Okay, can you drop and run? We- dad, we're on our way to-" she growled under her breath, and I took the phone.
"Just interrupt him. Then he will be glad to drop and run." She nodded.
"Dad, we-" she growled one more time, then spoke a bit louder.
"We are on our way to the hospital! Yes, I just said that! Kaia and Katie decided to come a little early. Yes! Okay, see you in ten. Bye." She hung up, growling.
"Ohh, boy." I laughed.
"No, it's oh, girls!" We laughed, and just then we arrived. I spoke with a nurse, and Amber was directed to a waiting room, and I went with another nurse.

Amber's POV
I was glad I had my phone with me, and after ten minutes of Plants VS Zombies, dad arrived. I gave him mom's room number, said Luke would be here to pick me up after the meeting, kissed me on the cheek, and took off. I started texting Conor, who I had talked to a couple times since we found out I had cancer, but he was busy with his senior year of high school, so we couldn't talk much.

C- Hey, beautiful. How you doing?
A- pretty good. T-minus ten days to surgery number 2.
C- Ehh, good and bad. How's the tour coming?
A- good. Dad and I are missing the end of the next-to-last meeting right now.
C- ???
A- :) two little sisters are on the way!! :) So excited!! :)
C- Aww...can you tell me makes?
A-??
C- :| Names. Stupid auto correct...
A- haha... Kaia Lane and Gracie Joy.
C- Cute names....send pics as soon as possible!!
A- will do. Gotta go...my uncle's here to take me to their house.
C- okay... :( See you at the concert in Lynchburg in three weeks!! :)
A- Yay!! :) bye :)
C- bye :)

I walked out, grabbing the keys and my purse, and knocked on Luke's window. He rolled it down, and leaned over.
"Can I help you?" He asked. I laughed.
"I need a ride home."
"Go hitchhike with someone else. I'm looking for my niece, who doesn't hitchhike." I giggled.
"Hey uncle Luke." I said, climbing in.
"Amber! You know, the funniest thing just happened...A girl that looks just like you asked for a ride home...Do you know who she was?" We laughed, and he drove away.
"So, what's the plan for the tour?" He huffed, honking at a silver Corvette that decided it would be a fabulous idea to cut him off, and almost cause a wreck.
"Stupid. Sorry. We've got about ten songs alone, and your parents have I'll Wait for You, you and your dad have Without You, you and your mom have Don't Want to Live For Me, and all three of you have You Carry Me. You and I might do Wholehearted, if you want to. Your dad said we'd need to ask you." I grinned, and we pulled up to their house, where Jude was playing in a small pool in the backyard. Courtney came to the gate, unlocking it for us, and Jude started chasing. Courtney and I watched as Luke ran from him, then went the wrong way, tripping and falling into the pool. He sputtered, getting up, waving away our help, and he splashed Jude. He came toward us, laughing.

"Well, I needed to change anyway." He kissed Courtney, and then hugged her, soaking her as well. She tried to glare at him, but was laughing. He came towards me, and I backed away.
"Oh, no you don't. I don't have other clothes here, so I can't change." He stopped, smacking his forehead.
"That's what I forgot! Stinking Corvette! I was supposed to take you home to get a couple of outfits, so you can stay here until your mom gets home." Courtney laughed.
"I'll change, and then I can take you, and we'll let the boys have the house to themselves for forty-five minutes. I think we can trust them, right?" She gave him a look, and he nodded, picking up a dripping Jude. We headed in, they changed, and we left. Forty-five minutes later, we came home, and got pizza for dinner. Then, I changed into my pajamas, and crashed in the guest room. It had been a long day.

Courtney's POV
I woke up at seven-fifteen to my phone buzzing. Joel. I scrambled to get it, and went to the living room.
"Hey. Do you want me to bring Amber?" His voice shook as he answered.
"Yes, as soon as possible." He sounded like he'd been crying, so I prodded.
"Hey, what happened? Is everything okay?" He sighed.
"No, not quite. Moriah's okay, and Kaia's okay. Katie- Katie was stillborn. The cord was around her neck, so there was no blood flow. Please, do tell Amber." I stood there, numb.
"Okay. Be there in twenty. Bye." I nearly dropped the phone, and I started crying. I couldn't believe this. It was the second time they'd lost a child, and I'm not sure what was worse. Stillborn, or losing an eight year old. I out the phone in my pocket, slipping on jeans and a t-shirt. I was still numb. Why, God, why? She didn't need to go through this again. I realized how lucky we were to have Jude, and I realized for the first time, we couldn't have him forever. Sadly, Joel and Moriah had to understand that the hard way. I couldn't stop crying. For them, and for the baby girl they'd never know. Katie Joy was an appropriate name for her. She'd always be in His presence, so she will never know all the pain and sorrow we have to go through. She'd only have happiness and Joy.

Author's note- I'm sorry, but this has been on my mind, since it happened to someone in my church lately. Please don't hate me for this! I'm doing a good job of making this a sad book. I will try to make it happier....Sorry! I really do love you guys!
