She kept on glancing at the stuffed bear conner had got her. She would smile to herself and make her snap out of it. She couldn't like him. It wasn't possible. They have only known each other for a couple weeks.
She glanced at the bear one more before she got up and slid on her shoes. She needed to go to the café.
Cause she some how knew that he would be there.
~
her prediction was right. He was there sitting at the table looking out the window. He looked so handsome with the light shining on his face!
WHAT!
She couldn't think stuff like that. She couldn't afford to when she had to focus on her studies.
She took the seat across from him and he smiled up at her. Like he had expected she would be here.
"Hey pumpkin" his voice spoke.
Her heart raced and she couldn't control it.
"Hi" she had replied.
They both looked out the window and watched the cars drive by. They stay there like that for awhile.
"Would you like to do something Friday?" Conner had asked, breaking the silence.
Like a date? She thought. He's asking me on a date?
"Uh, sure" she hesitated.
"Great. I'll she you Friday at 5" he stood up and leant down and kissed her pink flushed cheek.
Is it bad that I might like him?
