What flew by turned out not to be the problem. A few silent footsteps hailed from the right. Turning, A woman who looked about 30 stood watching the raven haired demon. She wore an ivory colored cloak, and her long robe was light mint in color. This woman had strange eyes, the pupils where slit like cat's and dark honey colored. The elegant woman held a bow in her right hand, and a full quiver was at her back. Her Golden eyes stared at the dark opposite but 20 feet away.

She opened her mouth to speak, but hisses and growls came forth. Sounds that could not be produced by human lips. Seeing this had no reaction, she switched to English, hoping to communicate, though her eyes burned with fires unknown.

"Strange demon child. You are not welcome on this earth. Who hath brought you here, that they might be punished?"

The demoness turned her swirling purple eyes upon the intruder to her sudden serenity. "I am no consequence." She replied in a gentle and light voice. How odd? She thought, This being could instantly see my origin. She kept her blank expression about her, and hid her wings more with her cape. "I am of no evil, either." She said, raising her chin to the honey-eyed woman. "Your weapons are not welcome, lower them and my words may flow more freely." She said, her keen eyes slicing to what was the other's drawn bow.

The woman slung her bow over her shoulder. The arrow was placed back in her quiver. Afterwards, she pushed her ivory hood back off her head. The woman's long chocolate hair was kept back by a small headdress. An emerald rested on her forehead, and the band itself was adorned with smaller precious stones.

"I have laid away my bow, but be warned. Take a step closer to me and you will find yourself unconscious." The fire in her honey eyes had not dimmed. "Explain your presence here. And who brought you forth." She crossed her arms and frowned. Her ivory cloak fluttered a little, almost in what seemed impatience.

"I do not know what my purpose is here." She said, turning to kneel toward the woman. "I was simply summoned." She responded, standing and fluttering her cloak about her feet. A great swirling purple aura surrounded her, invisible to the human eyes, but the the magical eyes of a dragon, or those trained to see such souls. "I barely remember my past, only that I was killed by a vampire lord. I barely remember my name..." She paused, her eyes showing a fearful anxiety more than power. "I think it was Night...nightin... Night something." She said. The late teen looking girl sighed and tucked her dark wings around her, like a protective hug. "Do not hurt me..."

"Very well." Said she. "You had a troubled past. And cannot remember what you are called. In fair exchange, I am Risa." Risa's honey eyes softened. The girl had been asleep for too long. Still, her aura's swirling purple was distressing. None of Risa's people had such dark colors surrounding their personality.

"Fear me not, I will not hurt thee." Risa walked towards her and held out a hand. Her Ivory cloak flew back and broad golden wings spread out behind her. The scales shimmered in the sun, and the draconic style wings were thin and elegant.  "You will come with me?"

"Where would you be taking me, If I were to go with you?" She asked, her purple eyes narrowing in suspicion. "Where am I?" She then asked, looking from Risa's golden wings to out over the town. "What is this place?" She stood, and took a few minor steps towards the ancient dragon. Though she was newly reborn, her steps were confident and well-planned.

"You will come with me to my place of residence. There is no if, child. You haven't a choice. My asking was a courtesy." Risa shrugged, as if it was no big issue. She stared at the girl with a new interest. "This is the world of Draconia. You are but a few miles outside my home town, which I am visiting from the world capital. You truly are like a young dragonette, fresh to the world. Have you no knowledge of this place at all?"
