"How come you got out of going to prom while I'm being forced against my will to go?" Bella asked as she put her black converse on.

"Because I'm the one with the broken arm and Jasper actually understands that I don't want to go." Cassadee patted the cast that was on her right arm before smiling at her sister. "You look pretty, by the way."

"You think so?" Bella asked, turning to look in her full-length mirror.

"You're always pretty, Bella." Cassadee got off her sisters bed and stood next to her. "Despite the fact that I always make fun of you, I love you. And I'm glad that you're happy."

"I love you too, Cass." She turned to look at her older sister, "What would you do if I became a vampire?"

"If that's your way of trying to get rid of me then you're going to have to find another way. I don't care if you're dead, undead, zebra, monkey, or a clown. I'm never leaving you, even when I'm dead." Sure, the twins were almost polar opposites but they were family, Cassadee would never leave her family willingly. Unless it was to save their lives.

"Everything is different now." Bella pointed out as she looked in the mirror at her sister that was now fixing her blue dress with her good hand. "The world as we know it as changed."

"Yeah," Cassadee nodded in agreement, grabbing her sister's hand and squeezing it before smiling at her in the mirror. "But this never will."
